Perfect for a small family or a couple's romantic getaway, Mistral 15 is a 1-bedroom condo with hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa. Its cool blue palette is relaxing and modern. The main open living area is a great place to gather to watch TV or the Gulf! At the front of the unit, a king bedroom includes a TV and quick access to the hallway full bathroom. Walk right out the back of the building to have your feet in the sand in just seconds.

Mistral:
Enjoy easy access to the beautiful beach walkover with a stay at Mistral. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. The complex is located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of the building.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairytale-like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
