5 star for us...owner very responsive to any questions. We've stayed in several places from TN to FL to TX and this is by far our favorite. Owners have concentrated to detail. Just bring food and maybe a box of Kleenex (only thing not there ) Large spacious and room for everyone to spread out. Quiet and nice surroundings.

The house was great the photos were a little deceiving it looked like a straight path from the lake to the pool but there were lots of steps but the kids loved the pool that’s where we spent most of our time it was a little disappointing we couldn’t fish because the lake was so low but I know they hadn’t had much rain the kids still had fun in the peddle boat

This house was wonderful and the owners were incredible. While the weather wasn’t ideal (105+), this property still made for an enjoyable family getaway.

We had a great stay here. The house and area felt secluded and quiet. The location was less than 20 minutes to the tourist sites around downtown and Beale Street. We were nicely relaxed in this house. Everything was clean and as advertised. The rooms were all decorated well and beds were comfortable enough. I am never a fan of hotel beds, but these were not bad.There were many different functional sitting areas. My wife and I enjoyed sitting and talking in multiple places in the great room (living, dining and kitchen), especially at sunrise. I personally enjoyed the porch swing under the deck among the comfort of the outdoor spaces. And my teens enjoyed the entertainment available in the game room as well as cruising on the peddle boat. This was a perfect place to regroup in between all the activities we experienced this long weekend.

A great family get away!

Lots of outside hangout space with a backyard Lakeview. Endless activities to keep the kids and adults entertained. Property managers were thoughtful and very responsive (on the weekend!) to the internet going out and getting to resolved quickly. I would stay here again.

Enchanting home and city

This listing was absolute perfection. From the immaculate home, to the serene surroundings, with an amazing eye for detail and over the top amenities; we were beyond satisfied and completely relaxed. Thank you for an amazing first half to our vacation. Nashville has some very big shoes to fill.

Really cool property

We had a great experience. The house has so many amenities! The kids loved fishing and swimming. Many outdoor areas to hang out. This is the best property I rented that the owners went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable (snacks, coffee, kitchenware, ice, games etc.). 20 minutes to attractions The kids did not want to leave! Highly recommend

Nice house

Overall the house is nice. The kitchen is fully stocked, the pool is great. Cons. The quiet time rules are pretty ridiculous. The neighborhood is not upscale enough to have those restrictions. It would have been nice for the adults to have been able to swim/sit outside at night. There are cameras and motion lights everywhere, and the curtains aren't thick enough to block the lights at night. No one had decent sleep. The ac unit doesn't keep the house cool, the window unit helps, but not enough.

Hi Rachel, The quiet hours are in place to keep our neighbors happy and to follow our HOA guidelines. You’ll also find that this is common practice in most neighborhoods (quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am). Thank you for sharing the information about our curtains, we will work on upgrading them to light blocking curtains. Please note that since your stay, we have upgraded our central AC and it is much stronger now. Thanks for the feedback!

Great Home

From the very beginning, the hosts were fabulous and super responsive. I've never worked with better hosts.We traveled with 6 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and 2 infants.The home was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for our family, including our rambunctious little ones. Lots of seating in living area and large dining table for all of us to eat together.This home is in a very quiet neighborhood on a lake. There are strict quiet hours (after 10pm) which are definitely quiet.Real talk: Raleigh is not the nicest part of Memphis, but don't let that deter you. We were 15-20 minutes from everything you could possibly want in Memphis. Not once did we feel unsafe in the neighborhood. This is an older, well-maintained neighborhood. Power went out during our trip. No worries, this home has a Generac. So, we had zero interruptions.While there is a risk of drowning due to the lake and pool, the home has child locks (locks up high) on all the exterior doors, so there was no risk of little ones opening doors and adventuring out on their own.This would also be a great house for any group wanting to get together and relax.

Well stocked and happy about having a generator.

The house was a good size for our family vacation. We had 7 adults and 5 kids under 7. The outside space was great. Many decks, fire pit and a great pool. The kids had a blast. The lakefront was pretty and serene but a bit disappointing. It was kind of stagnant. No swimming or boating unless you had your own boat. The game room had some really fun games which we used but the only entrance was to go outside down the steps and then into it. Didn’t work great for us with small kids. Had visions of sending the kids to the game room inside the house. No tv or furniture there. Only one tv in the entire place. The kitchen was really well stocked. The host left us plenty of snacks and coffee pods which we appreciated. Plenty of toilet paper. Tons of fun games and toys for the kids. Big big kudos for having a generator. The wind knocked out power two nights. The generator kicked on immediately and ran until the power came back on which was quite a few hours. It was great to have lights and not lose the air conditioning. Much appreciated in the Memphis heat. All in all it was a very nice place and everyone had a great time.

The property was as advertised. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our large family gathering. We enjoyed fishing and each morning began with coffee around the fire pit. Amazing Stay

This was one of the best rental homes I've ever stayed at. The owners thought of everything - and I mean everything, as we were there for Thanksgiving. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and tools, there are so many games and toys for both kids and adults, and the access to the lake, outdoors, and the pool are amazing. We were able to swim in November with a little heat in the pool. The decor is also detailed and tasteful. We didnt have any problems, but when we did have a question, it was answered super quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. We had a wonderful time.

This house has it all!

We had the best stay at this property! Game room, pool (heated), wifi, plenty of room for 2 families! A nice view of the lake behind the house and the host are the best! They were super accommodating and explained everything! We definitely recommend this house to others!
