THE SPACE:

This spacious Casa Santa Fe home features an open-concept living space with soaring ceilings and two sitting rooms. Gracefully designed details include a fireplace, a resort-style pool with a spa with framed mountain views. Designed with families in mind, this is the perfect four-bedroom home to enjoy the pool with the kids or an al fresco family meal before exploring all Palm Springs has to offer! This private abode blends a natural aesthetic with modern touches for the ultimate desert escape.

This home is larger than the pictures and has everything you could need to enjoy your vacation. The open kitchen floor plan allows you to cook and relax, and enjoy the warm evenings eating outside by the pool. The bedrooms are a generous size, and we think the space is very well suited for families with children.

Folding high-chair and Pack ’n Play/travel crib available on request. Let us know if you need one and we will have it delivered after check-in.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

The Palm Springs community is a vibrant place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. There is a great downtown area, full of restaurants and shopping, and the city of Palm Springs is investing heavily to become a top-tier destination for travelers.

The Desert Park Estates section of Palm Springs is a bit further from Downtown, so it is more quiet and family-oriented. It is an up-and-coming community, and the perfect spot central to all the Coachella Valley has to offer. Access from the freeway is also faster than in South Palm Springs, and be sure to check out Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley if you want to explore the high desert!

Compliance with these rules is mandatory throughout your visit. Repeated violations may lead to additional fines and immediate eviction. These rules are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs, and by booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pool & Spa Heating: Heating is not included in the nightly rate. If you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay, please reach out to our team after booking to arrange. Daily rates vary depending on the desired temperature. *Minimum 2 days of heat required.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

ets ask the HO on this one, just say since this is the first request we have received and this is unconventional to bring this many dogs, just wanted to confirm you would approve this, and then dont mention the exact pet fee but say we will collect a pet fee which will go towards a deep clean at check out

guest also needs to agree to the following in addition to pet fee per pet:

dogs not allowed on furniture
cannot be left outside or alone for extended periods to bark
must clean up all pet waste, failure to do so will result in additional charges
must be kept on leashes at all time in public
they will report any damages to us immediately and will be fined upon check out for any pet related damages, stains, excessive hair etc
