Access to the home is through a keyless entry. The property Manager will provide check-in details a day or two prior to your arrival.

Arrowhead Lakes is a beautiful community located in Glendale, Arizona in the Northwest part of the valley. Situated North of Beardsley up to Melinda Lane and 51st Avenue to the east this quiet neighborhood is nestled in the shadows of the Thunderbird foot hills and has four separate lakes that run through the community. With access to the lakes ( Great Falls, Emerald, Sunset and Shadow Mountain Lakes) for fishing and boating it is an outdoor paradise.

Arrowhead Lakes is in a great location, with easy access to the Loop 101 making driving anywhere in the valley a breeze. It`s close to shopping centers, restaurants, hiking trails, biking, fitness centres, golf courses, water parks and only a 10 minute drive to the State Farm Stadium - home of the Arizona Cardinals. Enjoy a baseball game at the Peoria Sports Complex or catch some baseball Spring Training. You feel like you`re staying in a secluded lake community but actually you are not far from downtown Phoenix. North Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale are also an easy 20-25 minute drive on the 101 freeway as well.

* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 86 degrees.

* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9PM-7AM each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.

* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.

* For safety reasons use of the pontoon boat is prohibited after 10PM, if temperatures are over 100 degrees or if we are experiencing high winds. No compensation is provided if the boat cannot be used due to weather.

* No one under the age of 25 may operate the boat. No exceptions.
