AMAZING!!! Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. Charity is an amazing host! Any question or request was promptly answered. Before booking I asked if there was a kcup coffee maker. There is, and she made sure we were well stocked with plenty of coffee pods, and even made a little heart out of them by the coffee machine. The first morning of our stay, the coffee maker k-cup wasn’t working properly. Charity personally brought over a new Keurig within a few hours so that we could have coffee. Wow! The pics don’t show it, but there is a sliding barn style door on the master bath. Kitchen was nicely stocked, we had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts, a nice pasta dinner, and grilling hamburgers on the BBQ. There are some basic seasonings and EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar, nice touches! The backyard is where we spent most of our time. The pool was sparkling clean, and the huge jacuzzi hot tub at night was perfect. This is the first property in Phoenix where the pool heating actually worked. That is very important when you are visiting in January. The pool was warm when we arrived. We loved the outdoor living area with the comfy furniture, TV, fireplace, and heater. We had fun playing on the Pac-man arcade in the game room. This was one of the best rental experiences we have had. We felt truly like guests in their home and cared for. All the extra touches were much appreciated. Thank you, Charity, for a wonderful stay! 10/10 recommend! We hope to visit again next year!
