On the ground floor, the spacious living area opens onto the south-facing terrace. It combines a lounge with sofa bed, sofa, armchairs, television, DVD player and board games with a dining table suitable for all guests. The open kitchen with central island is equipped for everyday holiday meals with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine.
