## Space

This spacious house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. With its large living areas, it is designed to offer optimal comfort while remaining warm and welcoming. The main room, with its high ceilings and fireplace, is ideal for gathering around a cozy fire. Warm colors and natural materials create a friendly atmosphere.

The modern kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals as if you were at home. Large windows provide an impressive view of the garden and allow abundant natural light to flood in. A mezzanine overlooks the living room, equipped with a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The house features 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own double bed (one 160 cm bed, two 140 cm beds, one 140 cm sofa bed, and one 120 cm bed), with closets to store your belongings. Two modern and functional bathrooms are available, offering the possibility to take a bath or shower, depending on your preference.

The garden, surrounded by greenery and including a wooded area, is the perfect place to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sun or shade. You can share a meal outdoors under the pergola or have fun with a game of ping-pong while listening to the birds sing. Important note: As indicated in the house rules, it is not possible to charge an electric vehicle at the house.

## Access

Guests will have access to the entire house and garden. You can enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces at your leisure, whether to relax, cook, or have fun.

## Interaction

We will be there to personally welcome you and show you around the house upon your arrival.
We remain available throughout your stay to answer any questions, offer advice, and assist you if needed.

## Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, ideal for resting in peace. Eyjeaux is a charming village where you will find essentials: a bakery, a small supermarket, and a few restaurants. You can also set out to explore the surrounding countryside with its hiking trails or discover many nearby tourist sites such as medieval castles, the banks of the Vienne River, and half-timbered houses.


## Transit

The house is located about 15 minutes by car from Limoges, where you can explore the city, its shops, restaurants, and museums. A vehicle is recommended to easily get around and discover the surrounding area. Parking is available on-site. The quick access to the A20 highway also makes it easy to travel to nearby tourist attractions.


## Notes

The house is non-smoking. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. We ask that you respect the neighborhood by avoiding noise, especially in the evening.

Additionally, the Saint-Pardoux lake, located 35 km from the house, offers numerous water activities at its two bases. You will find opportunities for water skiing, wakeboarding, and shortboarding, as well as various other activities for all ages, including a treetop adventure park with a zip line over the lake, beaches, and a pool with outdoor slides. The lake is surrounded by a 24 km trail ideal for hiking or mountain biking. On-site, you can also enjoy a refreshment stand and fast food to enhance your day.
