Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sandpoint Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool with hot tub, 2 saunas, and one parking space. Please note that the parking garage is currently closed until further notice.

When you enter this luxury, oceanfront, renovated condo in Daytona Beach Shores the ocean views will take your breath away! The living room includes brand new, comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen television all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 6. The renovated kitchen elegantly boasts granite counters, bar seating, and new appliances.

The exquisitely decorated, oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a separate vanity area, walk-in shower, and an additional closet space. The guest bedroom contains a full bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom is right next door and contains a shower/tub combo.

Crashing waves and salty air beckon you to the oceanfront balcony which can be accessed from the living room. Imagine drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or evenings with wine while the sun goes down.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. We loved this condo! Modern, comfy furniture; fully stocked kitchen ( I had taken some supplies of my own, but we didn’t need any of them!) ; ocean front balcony…what more could you ask for? We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great value for the money, the condo had a great view of the ocean. Very large balcony with plenty of seats, it does have support poles which the building manager said have to be there in order to use the balcony. The place has an awesome couch, perfect for lounging and watching Netflix. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean on check in. There is only one parking spot per unit, but there’s permitted parking right across the street. The building manager did let me park my motorcycle in the garage which was a bonus! Overall for the money paid it was a great value!

Check in process was easy. The condo was perfect. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Could have used more coffee cups. Perfect view of the ocean and beach. Beach chairs would have been nice. Had a wonderful vacation!!

Needs to have new bathtub liners without soap scum. Mattresses not very comfortable Decorated nice. Balcony needs some paint. Stayed in another unit 4 times in past 10 years that was better.

The bathtubs do not have any liners so we aren't sure about your comment there. Mattresses are truly something of personal preferrance. Owners always purchase mattresses right in the middle to appease firm/soft sleepers as best as possible and we have had no other complaints regarding the mattresses. The balcony is going to be redone in the future as noted in the listing description.

Winter vacation

Great staff accommodations great bed too soft balcony doors hard to open. Frig had 2 dents in door security lights stayed on too long. Overall great stay .

The beds are just personal preference and we always get beds that are between soft and firm to try and meet in the middle with both preferences. Balcony doors are hurricane doors so they are unavoidably heavy but are releatively easy to open. All oceanfront properties in our state have the same weighted doors due to building codes. We don't find dents in a fridge door or a security light delay a reason to reduce a rating on a property, especially when you otherwise had a great stay. We wish we could have earned all 5 of your stars since it sounds like you all had a wonderful time!

Construction Project Next Door

The condo was nice but they were doing construction next door so there was lots of noise and distractions. There was heavy equipment running on most days. I was not aware there was a renovation underway. If I would have known, I may have stayed elsewhere.

Great Vacation

The location was PERFECT. The resort was family friendly & quiet - not the party zone. Our condo was absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. We were very impressed with the balcony & outdoor seating. I'm a little obsessed when it comes to cleanliness, so I was a little disturbed when we arrived and found hair behind the bathroom door which wasn't ours. I also was disappointed when I saw a stain on one of the layers of the bedding. I tried to ignore it and convinced myself that it was a stain that wouldn't come out, but I did remain on edge about it. There were tiny bugs which would show up periodically. I didn't mention anything about it because I did not feel like having someone bring in an exterminator & we have to waste part our vacation waiting in the room for them. We dealt with it & just made sure we wiped the counter with lysol wipes frequently. When we arrived we thought our parking spot was 1G (that's how we interpreted the info provided). Apparently we were wrong & someone left a note on our car saying it would be towed if not moved. We called Oceans Luxury and it was clarified. We found our assigned parking space. We came thru the parking garage which is below the building. There were no signs or anything in the room which stated to check in on the 1st floor. Afterall we went thru an agency and got our information/keys/garage door opening from the agency's lock box, as we arrived after 4pm. On Friday, the day before we scheduled to leave, somewhere between 2:30p and 4p a notice was put on our door (we were in the room) telling us we did not register and to go to the front desk, which is open M,W,F until 3:30pm. It was too late when we noticed it and we were leaving the next day. We went to the car and found a noticed on it saying the car didn't have a parking pass/was not registered and would be towed. You can't get in the garage without the garage door opener. Outside the front door, 1st level is a sign to register, but we didn't use that door. I will take responsibility for that and it could have been avoided if we arrived earlier as we had planned. With all of this being said, I would definitely return to this resort again because of the location & spectacular views. I'm a neat freak and clean behind everyone anyway. Next time I would just wash the linens myself since there was a washer and dryer in the room. The Ocean Luxury staff was very prompt in answering questions and very friendly.

I misunderstood the directions to obtail our keys when we first arrived, however, the property manager was excellent with communication. The condo is big, clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend they add a couple of beach chairs for use.
