This oceanfront and beachfront condo can be your “Home Away From Home”! Freshly remodeled 2-bedroom condo located on the 8th floor of The Shores Club allows you to watch the sunrise from your private balcony over the ocean and the sunset from the front patio overlooking the intracoastal waterways! There are oceanfront views from the living room, kitchen, master suite and balcony!

Enjoy the privacy and quietness of the "No-Drive" section of the beach out front and community amenities that include a beachfront heated swimming pool, pickleball and tennis court, basketball and shuffleboard court, fitness center overlooking the pool and ocean, library, outdoor grilling area with two grills and shaded picnic tables for ocean side dining, ramp and stair access to the beach, indoor sauna, and is in a secured building with personalized keyless entry.

We have a lot of guests that travel to Disney first and book our condo for the “relaxing” part of their trip! Lots of local restaurants are kid-friendly as well!

We try to have the condo nicely stocked with the basics: dishes, linens, bath and beach towels, small appliances, a drip coffee pot & Keurig (K-cups provided), ice maker, hand and dish soap, hair dryers, a small cooler, foil/plastic wrap, some spices (salt, pepper, etc.), first aid kit, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals including pots & pans, pizza oven tray, blender, baking dishes, hand mixer, a Magic Bullet, grilling utensils, cutting boards and bowls. We have smart TV's for streaming your favorite services as well as cable & free Wi-Fi. We also have family board and card games!

Our unit has a private laundry room in the covered hallway just outside our door that includes a washer and dryer, beach toys, beach chairs, a canopy, beach umbrella and beach wagon.

The secured Shores Club condominium has 75 units which house families, couples, snowbirds and visitors. It is in a safe neighborhood and very quiet. We have a designated parking stall in the underneath garage unit with additional parking spaces in the outdoor lot with a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a party room on the first floor that you can reserve for parties and group gatherings.

*PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and our condo is completely NON-SMOKING as we have a family member with allergies. This is a part of your rental agreement to comply when booked or fines will occur*
