Room was EXTREMELY clean and nice. Hot tub was yellow and Daytona Beach was generally run down and below expectations.If you HAVE to go to Daytona Beach….then this room is a fantastic option. Room is incredible despite being located at a terrible beach town.

The view from this property are amazing. Most amenities were up and running. Check in was made easy with a meet and greet to show the facility. Fire pit was not functioning . Spoke with Peck Plaza representative and was told it would be looked at and never was. Condo was fairly clean . Would stay again for the view was amazing

Jerry, thanks for the review. I sent a message about the fire pit this morning. Sometimes it takes several days for parts to come in. That was probably the issue. I'll find out. It keeps the staff busy keeping all the amenities going, especially the pool and hot tub heaters! Hope to have you back next year!

This property at Peck Plaza was absolutely beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dennis, Carmen & Dylan were extremely hospitable and responsive to any/everything we could have needed!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay there. Very convenient location and perfect spot on the beach. The ramp to drive onto the beach is right next to the condo which makes it very convenient for someone who has trouble walking down the steps to get to the beach.

Family trip

We loved staying here. It took some getting used to not being able to take our beach toys and surfboard into the condo. Luckily, our vehicle is large enough for the surfboard to fit inside it.

Overall pretty good. Condo was really nice and clean. Only 1 elevator for entire building so there were some waits. Garage nice and secure. View was amazing.

Prince, I'm sorry to hear you had to wait longer than normal for the elevator. You were here for the first weekend of Bike Week. Our building was much busier than normal. The building has also just opened it's new completly re-built elevator, which you used. The second elevator is being re-built now with an expected opening of May 2025. I'm so glad you enjoyed the condo!

Fun location with excellent views

We had a fun family vacation at this property. Really appreciated all the perks in the condo including the laundry and very nice kitchen. The layout was great with the ocean views. We enjoyed the ping-pong and pool table rooms in the common area since the weather was cold during our stay. Host was responsive and made for a very good experience. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

We loved the condo & the location. Very clean, great beach views. The only upgrade would be a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was sunk in the center and sounded like wood was breaking inside, when we slept in the middle.

Ruth, thanks for you review. The bed along with everything else in 5NE is new. The building just re-opened last February. But it sounds like we have a center support or cross member that may need repair. Thank you for letting us know. Just an update from yesterday. I forwarded your comments to April, my right hand! We went over yesterday at 9:30 AM. There was a center support that had come loose from the solid frame. We re-secured that. I wish you had called while you were here. Actually took longer to take the bed apart and remake it than fixing the issue! We hope to have you back!

Amazing condo

The condo and service are truly 5 stars. The little touches in the condo show how much they care about you having a great stay. The panoramic views from the bedrooms and balcony are amazing. Walk right down to the beach. Within walking distance of ice cream shops which is a vacation must have for our family. Don’t hesitate to book.

We were inconvenienced by not having but one elevator working in a 29-story building! Lot of time wasted on waiting on the elevator being elderly.

Very clean condo!

This condo was very clean and offered everything you’d need for your stay. Only complaint would be non working elevator and only one running with very long waits. Taking nothing away from this condo the building still needs some upgrades from the most recent hurricane I am thinking.

Staci, thanks for your review. Regarding the elevator, the building has been having the elevators totally updated and all the mechanics replaced and bought up to current codes. This is a lenghty process, and the elevator you used was the first one finished. The second elevator is coming online in Mid May per the elevator company. It was busy when you were here, over family spring break. The last item remaining from the 2024 hurricane is our tennis/pickleball court fencing, which I expect to be installed soon. The ocean deck has post tension cables so the deck needs to be x rayed before they put up the fencing supports. I understand that's been done an d the fencing is on order. Everything else is complete.
