Relax Here

This place was so relaxing and if you don't remember to, there are signs around the apartment to remind you. Super clean. Update to date everything. Loved the flat screen tvs. Has a farm house feel. The fans in the bedrooms were a must and we used them every night. The parking tag for SB was much appreciated as we ventured out for dinners and used them, very nice not having to deal with parking costs etc. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great location on Oneida Lake

We had a great long weekend at Julie and Fran's place. They were very responsive and communicative. We were able to walk to Gary's Restaurant and the Oneida Lake Brewhaus. This location is about a 5 minute walk to each. Verona Beach State Park is about a 10-15 minute walk. We used to own a property in the area, so we were able to catch up with some friends as well. The place was immaculate, with all the right attention to details, and everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The beds and linens were very plush and comfortable. And the couch will have you taking an afternoon nap in no time. There is a duck pond in the back yard, as well as a gas grill, and a patio set. It was very easy to unpack and start relaxing. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We hope to be back.

Very accommodating

Peaceful Fall Getaway

On the spur of the moment we decided to make a quick trip to New York from the Midwest. We were so happy to find this beautiful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Oneida. We were able to rest and enjoyed walking down the road to the nearby state park. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has a comfortable sitting area and cozy bedrooms. Thank you.

Great place by the lake

My husband and I stayed here for a 50 year class reunion in the area. His brother and wife drove over a couple hours to stay with us. This was a beautiful, clean place right across street from the lake, with a beautiful sunset just a few steps down the road. Nice fire pit and chairs out back. Will definitely stay again if in the area. My brother in law said they would love to stay here again too

Perfect spot for a Beach Vacation

The apt. getaway is very cute with nautical decor appropriate for a lake house. It is close to Sylvan Beach and walking distance to Verona Beach State Park. The home had ALL the amenities if you wanted to make your meals, but was close to some cute restaurants. We tried the Brew Haus, Gary’s and the ice cream shop in the State Park. All within walking distance. Sylvan Beach has a lot of activities for families. All-around great for a small family. Thank you!

Weekend getaway

This was the second time this summer staying at this property. So clean, well, equipped kitchen and comfortable. The only concern was one of the bedrooms has no air conditioning if you close the door so I had to leave my bedroom door open all night, which was OK. The yard is so beautiful. We used the grill two nights, and sat on the outdoor table provided. There is wood provided for a fire and a cute duck pond. Very relaxing out back. The host went out of her way to bring out cornhole per my request and when I forgot my pump for our paddle boards,was willing to go buy one for us. The location is a little under a mile from Verona State Park. I walked there every morning. It was a little far to walk for a beach day. I had to buy a $7 park pass to allow my kids to bring in their paddle boards and swim and hang out for the day. I wish there was beach access from the house, but there was not. The house also came with a Sylvan Beach parking pass. I would definitely stay here again lots of space and beautiful backyard. us. So nice.

Nice location

Drove to see my son play baseball for the NYCBL in Sherrill. Very impressed! The house was clean, air-conditioned and had all the amenities needed for food prep. I was pleasantly surprised that the outdoor fire pit had a stack of wood and bug spray for use. The rental was very close to the State Park. It was a nice walk. It was also very close to the Sylvan Beach area and restaurants. I rented the home for a second stay.

Beachy vibes

This beachy little place on Oneida lake is so clean, nicely decorated and supplied. The owners are very prompt and friendly. They have a duck pond out back with a fountain and fire pit to enjoy peace and tranquility. You’re within walking distance to two restaurants/bars. Verona beach within 1 mile walk which was hosting a taste of Oneida county food truck event was enjoying to our surprise during our stay. 3 mile drive to town where we went for breakfast at the pancake house and Captain Johns for dinner, both great. The Lake House Casino for some brews and gambling. It rained all day, but remained very warm so we were able to stay cozy and took a nice nap in front of the huge screen television on the cozy couch. Thanks Fran and Julie for a nice stay in one of our favorites
