Fragen Sie nach unseren Herbstwochenende 3-Tage-Angeboten (Fr-So). Verbringen Sie einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem wunderschönen, komplett renovierten Haus im Herzen von Sylvan Beach! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstücksbar, ein kleiner Essbereich und ein voll ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer sowie 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad mit Badewanne. Auch die Wäsche im ersten Stock! Das Obergeschoss wird gerade komplett renoviert und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Queensize-Bett und Seeblick und das andere mit Etagenbetten. Es wird auch ein brandneues Badezimmer im Obergeschoss geben, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Sitzecke für 8 Personen und eine Trockenbar. Die Decken sind 9 'so ist es so hell und offen - und es gibt eine Schiebetür zum Balkon - mit Blick auf den See - dieser Ort ist wirklich ein Juwel auf dem See.
Bitte beachten Sie: Dies war ein voll möbliertes 3-Bett, 1 Bad Camp, es wird 5 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer sein. Alle Bilder auf der Website (außer dem Balkon) befinden sich im ersten Stock. Wir renovieren das unfertige Obergeschoss. Wir werden die Fotos aktualisieren, wenn wir diese Bereiche im Frühjahr fertigstellen

We were in New York for our son’s graduation from Syracuse. Sulvan is a quaint beach town. People here were very friendly. We enjoyed every place we ate there.Our host went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. We would definitely stay here again!

Family time at the beach

This house was a wonderful location for our family, age 4 -71. There was something for everyone. The house was so close to lake it was easy to go back and forth as needed. The owners were very responsive and wonderful to deal with. We certainly will look to book another vacation here soon!

Great vacation rental

We rented the vacation home on Sylvan Beach for a week for a wedding and family reunion in Camden, NY. The owners of this vacation rental were great. They responded to any questions that we had immediately and they were very accommodating. The lake is visible from the property and the beach access is within 200 feet of the property. The renovated upstairs area is open and we were able to add a couple of air mattresses for young children. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely try to get back to the rental again.

Responsive owners. Great location. Many new updates, appliances very nice. Parking is terrible. No outside area besides very small deck to accommodate the number of people the house can sleep. Terrible double beds (owner brought over one new mattress but box spring was broken and was on its second repair.) Only 1 window air conditioner for house. Not enough seating in living room for all guests. 1 couch 1 chair. Upstairs tv located in weird location for viewing from sitting area. Can't park in front of open lot next door, you get yelled at. Close to great beach, bar right behind house with live music, restaurants, shopping.

Glad you liked the location! We love it too. I am sorry you were not happy with the layout of the camp. We do try to include lots of pictures in our description to help people get an idea of the space. The deck photo shows a table with 4 chairs and a grilling area (we bought a brand new grill 2 days before you arrived), we realize it is smaller, but it is as large as it can be, as we so not own the empty lot next to us. On the AC: I usually don't put both units in if the weeks weather doesn't look hot, and it never got above 72 during your stay. Please see below about the parking and play area: "Hi Steve, we are bringing a boat with us and 2 other families. My husband stopped by your property in March and noticed an empty lot next to your property is this where we are parking? Just trying to figure parking for all these vehicles plus the boat. Any recommendations for a marina for launching 16 foot fishing boat? Looking forward to our stay. Do you have outside play area? Thank you Janice • May 6, 2:05 PM I responded, "Hi Janice, Please forgive the late reply. There are 2 marinas nearby (same owner): Snug Harbor And Marion Manon.They may allow you to leave the trailer there, I would call and check. The lot is not our property, you can't park there, there are three spots at our property and if you need additional parking you can park at my dads, 3 blocks away. There is no outside play area, the beach is a two minute walk away. We do have beach toys in the garage for kids. Thanks, Steve" Sorry the parking didn't work out for you. This property is very close to the beach and within walking distance from restaurants. We had 5 adults and a teen and found some of the beds were not comfortable. We were able to easily communicate with the property owner after we arrived. Good rental option for easy access of the beach

A dream property

This is a little piece of heaven which showcases the very best of sylvan beach! The location is perfection; the beach is a stone’s throw away as are all the restaurants, amusement park, and main street’s events...the owners could not be nicer or more helpful and there wasn’t anything they didn’t provide! Beautiful Sunsets

The sunsets over Oneida Lake were absolutely gorgeous. This is an awesome property with 5 bedrooms, a great little patio and beautiful view of the lake. The owners are wonderful to work with. The upstairs has a balcony and a little bar area. check out all the photos on the site. The only thing that disappointed us was that the floors were very dirty upon our arrival. Everything else was super clean.

Great location to park your car and walk to the beach and entertainment

If you are looking for a house that has easy access to the beach, restaurants, amusements, gas, and some stores this is your house. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to get together for games and family fun. We cooked almost every day so the kitchen and grill got lots of use. The kids were on the beach every single day in the water and back again walking on the beach every night. The sunsets were outstanding. From fitness walking in the morning to stolls for coffee, to walks for ice cream after dinner we spent most of our time on our feet instead of in the car. Such a good location. The hosts were just a text away if needed (and one of their Dads actually stopped by and put out the trash the night before trash collection). We loved our vacation here. You'll love it too.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at this comfy cottage on the beach! The house offered all the necessary amenities for the week. The property location was perfect as the beach access was across the street. We had 4 adults/6 six children and the house was the perfect size for our families. Great beach house

We had a very good stay, even though the weather didn't cooperate for us. It was a great home base as we went around town and to the beach. It was very comfortable inside and our 2 and a half year old had a great time checking out all the rooms. It is a unique house with a lot of charm. The owners were very responsive and made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely be going back.
