• Bed sheets and bathroom towels provided; basic amenities provided (e.g. shower gel, washing-up liquid).

• Bathroom with two wash basins and Italian style shower.

• Separate toilet.

• Large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and two eating areas.

• Outdoor Swimming Pool [9m x 4.5m / 30ft x 15ft] with safety features.

• Large Trampoline, Table tennis, Badminton, Swings and Slide.

Prices are per Week from Sunday 16h00 to Sunday 10h00.
• September 2024 €1015/week

•• The house can also be rented for an extended weekend in September. (i.e. €145/night)

Cleaning of the house upon departure is part of the agreement, otherwise a departure cleaning fee of €90 is to be paid.

Secure your booking by paying 30% upfront using Paypal; the balance is to be paid off upon arrival in cash.

A security deposit of €1500 (about £1360) is required upon arrival and will be given back on departure.
