The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Chamrousse, this charming 3-star-rated flat with mountain views, 200 metres from the resorts and ski lessons, with a surface area of 68 m² and can accommodate up to 10 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room with breathtaking views of the Taillefer massif, an open-plan fitted kitchenette, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 68 m² living room with sofa, double sofa bed, TV, dining area and balcony access
- Open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: two single beds forming a double bed
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- A sleeping area separated from the entrance by a curtain with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- A shower room with shower and WC
- A separate WC

Outside area :
- A south-facing balcony (8×1.2 metre) with table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in the heart of a very pleasant environment, in a tourist area. All the essential shops are nearby: a mini-market with a bakery just 20 metres away, boutiques, the "Le Chalet" and "L'Étable" restaurants and sports shops less than 300 metres away, the "Le Kdox" bar, a market, etc. Downhill and cross-country ski slopes are within easy reach, and in summer mountain biking and road cycling are also within easy reach.

Activities :
- Start of the ski slopes 300 metres away with the departure of the Bachat chairlift (4 places). Go to the ESF Chamrousse 1700 at the foot of the chairlift to buy your ski pass! For cross-country skiing, the Nordic area is within walking distance! Cross-country skiing (10 mins)
- Tree climbing (5 min walk)
- Climbing at Via-ferrata
- Horse-riding club in summer (10 minutes' walk) and dog sledding in winter
- Mountain biking and road cycling
- Grenoble (45 min)
If you come out of season, almost all the shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gated private car parks 250 metres from the accommodation or along the road.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Grenoble, about 28 km away (39 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, about 80 km away (1 hr 14 min by car)
- T87 bus
- Free shuttle buses run around Chamrousse, stopping in front of the building during the winter and summer seasons.
- Festivities: "Les Enchantées" choir
