Cocoonr agency is pleased to offer this charming 94 m² south-facing house for rent in a peaceful and pleasant area of Strasbourg. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It comprises a lovely, bright living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a 250 m² garden ! Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor :
- A bright 42 m² living room with sofa, TV and a large bay window giving access to the terrace
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A utility room with WC and bathroom sink
- A toy corner under the stairs (Playmobil, cars, etc.)
First floor :
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 : double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3 : double sofa bed (140×190) and a raised single bed for a child aged between 5 and 10 (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby booster seat, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, iron.
Exterior :
- A beautiful 250 m² garden, enclosed and private, with a lawn area and a flower bed. At your disposal: outdoor sofa, parasol, table and chairs.
- A south-east-facing terrace of 80 m², with sunshine until 7pm in summer and furniture.
- A second, north-facing terrace (28 m²) to enjoy the sunny days.
You can relax in this little corner of the countryside in the heart of the city, surrounded by greenery. All the essential shops are just 10 minutes away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Cultural visits: Le Vaisseau, Strasbourg and its historic center (the cathedral, the Petite France district, visit Batorama, the European Parliament) and discover Germany !
- Family parks: Parc de la Kurgarten 800m from the accommodation, Parc de l'Orangerie, Parc de la Citadelle and Jardin Botanique
- Stade la Meinau Racing club de Strasbourg (Ligue 1 football)
- Events: Christmas markets in Strasbourg and throughout Alsace (winter period), Festival (Longevity Festival, FARSe) in August, European Fair in September, Strasbourg Open (Tennis), Europa park in Germany (Europe's largest amusement park)
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 vehicle) or in the parking spaces along the road.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Strasbourg, about 7 km away (15 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim, about 20 km away (25 min by car)
- Tram stop Jean Jaurès line C and D (coming from the station) 1.8km away (4 min by car)Cycling is a great way for families to get around: you can hire bikes from Velhop.
