The property was spacious and well appointed. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our party of 5 women! We enjoyed hanging out on the roof deck and we enjoyed the talking topics game at the property. It was not far from downtown and Uber rides were inexpensive.

We had six adults staying in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was especially nice everyone having their own bathroom along with their bedroom. The kitchen and dining room had plenty of space for everyone to gather for games or catching up after a day out in the town. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very quick in responding to any questions. In fact sometimes so quick I missed her answers I would recommend this place if you're staying in Nashville. We also all enjoyed the outside deck for coffee or a drink at the end of the day.

The house was perfect for our home base as we visited Nashville for a family event (at another location). There was plenty of space for the five adults. This property worked perfect for our family to explore Nashville. The condo was clean (newly built), comfortable beds and plenty of space for us to spread out. Great location...walking distance to the Gulch or a short Uber ride to Broadway. The property owner was prompt, attentive and informative!
