Lazy Bear Cabin- BBQ* FirePit* Goldwater Lake*

Whether you are escaping the heat or the city, this cabin will have you smelling the sweet smell of Prescott’s pines in no time!
This cabin is only 3 miles from Goldwater Lake, with trail access directly to the lake!

The large deck gives almost a panoramic view of the pines, and has plenty of seating options to enjoy a relaxing morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine under the stars.
And with plenty of space to roam, children will love the opportunity to explore!

The Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms located upstairs on the main floor. One bedroom contains a queen sized bed, and the other room has two very comfortable twin beds.

The "Master Suite" is located downstairs. You must walk outside from the main floor to enter this room. It contains a soft, king size, tempurpedic bed.
The couch in the "Master Suite" is a pullout bed with a full sized mattress. This room is perfect for a couple with a young child-allowing the child to sleep in the room with them, but not in the bed with them!

The Bathrooms:
There is one full bath located on the main level with both a shower and a bathtub.
The "Master Suite" has its own full bathroom with a shower (no tub).

You have to go upstairs to access the main level of the home. There is a keyless entry for the main level, but the downstairs Master Suite does require a key, which is provided in the Welcome area inside the home.

There is both covered and open parking spots, which will comfortably fit three vehicles.

Check-in time is at 4pm, but we will message you as soon as the home is ready just in case you’re already in town :)

We wish to give you privacy, however we live locally and are available if you need anything :)

This cabin is located in a quiet and peaceful cabin neighborhood.

* The main level of the home is equipped with AC and Heating, with each bedroom and kitchen have its own separate system. The bottom master suite does not have central heating, however a portable heater is provided and heats the room extremely well.
*Extra Portable heaters are also provided for each room, which work very well for those chilly nights.

Pet Fee: We do charge a small pet fee of $10 for your entire stay. This amount helps cover the cost of continual carpet cleaning and pet supply replacement.

#2: Something Big: $80/ includes heart swan towels, fake rose pedals and candels, a sign with a personalized note, a box of chocolate, champagne/sparkling cider, a large bear, and heart balloons.

There will be additional "rules" in regards to the fire pit, grill, and guest courtesy when you arrive to the home.
Our surrounding neighbors live in the woods for a reason, so we expect guest to be respectful in regards to the noise level.
