Luxurious 3 Story Townhome, private pool, Elevator, 3 minute walk to the beach!!

* We have found that having your own home, private pool, and elevator is the perfect setup during this pandemic. This is a dreamy beach house that is very close to the beach/beach access. It is only 4 houses from the ocean.
* You will come in through a door with smart lock access, put your luggage in the private elevator and voila your home!
* There is 1 large bedroom and 1 bathroom on the first floor. The first bedroom has two queen beds and a bunk bed that is a twin over full bed with a twin trundle underneath. This bedroom can fit 8 adults comfortably (or 6 adults and 2-4 kids). It also has a small "kitchenette" that has a sink, coffee maker, Mini fridge and microwave. This bedroom with french double doors open up to the backyard pool and private covered patio with lounge chairs.

* Up the stairs or elevator is the 2nd floor with living room that has large HD TV, blue ray system, spectrum gold package+latino package (over 200 channels). There is a half bath nearby. Also on the 2nd floor is the large kitchen with center island and bar. The kitchen is equipped with a range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, and 2 coffee makers (a Keurig and a metal carafe).All of the amenities from home are here.
* The entire home also has an added water softener system that makes the South Padre Island water much better to drink and shower with than others. There is a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water. Also on the 2nd floor is a large dining area. Step outside the balcony which overlooks the pool and has a surfboard bar table and firepit with chair. There is a charcoal weber grill and an electric George Foreman burner plate as well.
* The second floor also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, sink, ironing board and iron.
* There is also a coffee nook and a beverage and wine fridge.
* On the third floor, we have two large master bedrooms and bathrooms. The first/smaller master has a large king bed (integrade gel therapy nexgel mattress with 3 inch memory foam) and small smart TV. It has an adjoining bathroom with shower as well.
The larger master bedroom has a king sized bed (new 2021 Casper mattress) with a small sitting nook and balcony. It has a large smart TV as well. The master bath has a jetted tub, large walk in shower with 2 shower heads (one is a waterfall shower head). There are also double vanities and a bidet.
In the master closet is a pack n play with extra mattress to add to the pack n play and a baby monitor.
* This home is located 4 houses down from beach access and is nestled in a quiet neighborhood.
* There is an outdoor shower head for you to rinse off the sand from the beach at the house.
* We have 1 beach rolling cart, 5 heavy duty Coleman beach chairs, 5 umbrellas that can attach to chairs, some sand toys and pool floats.
* To make this kid friendly, in addition to the pack n play (with extra mattress) and baby monitor, we also have a toilet seat for toddlers, small collapsable stair, and 2 baby gates.
* Our maids are very careful and are wearing masks and gloves (always have) and have Lysol disinfectant that they spray on all handles and high traffic touchpoints. We are paying them extra and taking more precautions during this time.

* We have the adjoining townhome with mirror layout including an additional private pool and elevator.
