Location and low price are red flags for service and quality

My family and I have never been to the area and were looking for a place to stay near the beach where it was going to be warm. The price was reasonable and comparable to other places and the proximity to the beach was a big benefit. It is only several steps aways from beach access and I can see that being a huge benefit for a family with young kids or people who do not want to drive or walk far to get to the beach. Things I wish I knew before that would give me pause. Getting to restaurants and shops is a drive, the tennis courts have pickleball nets and are in decent not great shape, pool is large and very nice. The property manager is not a great communicator and his email went to my spam, on the day of he did not respond to me about access, they are very serious about not letting anyone in before 4 pm, the place was not being used but they program the lock so that you cannot get in one minute earlier (seems petty), furniture is not comfortable, one bedroom has a window that is to a dark hallway with no natural light, and loud with kids playing ball in the morning, kitchen appliances not installed properly, they work but unstable, kitchen is good for making coffee but not really a place I would cook, people are able to drive on the beach which takes some getting used to, I did walk in front of a car who was kind enough to stop as I did not think to look for a car on the beach. I do not recommend this location and the property manager, but if you are looking for a cheap way to get right next to the beach, know what you are getting into.

Great location. Unit is dated

The unit had what we needed and was clean enough. No beach towels but enough regular towels. Shower curtains need to be changed. Furniture and appliances are dated. The gate codes were not updated correctly. Vtrips did not contact us at all until checkout. More like a hotel stay in this unit. I have stayed at other units on this property and felt more appreciated.

Great Location

The condo was nice although not as clean as expected. It was well appointed. The location was great - the building was the closest to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

We had a great vacation & unit was clean & everything worked. But bathroom linens & silverware were minimally stocked. Vertical blinds need replacement. Dishwasher not installed correctly; about to fall out.

Convenient ground floor condo

This condo is conveniently located right next to the beach access walkover. It is great for people who do not navigate stairs. There are no steps to access the condo, and the beach walkover is a ramp with no steps. Great access directly to the nice wide beach!
