Firm Maximum Occupancy:
Limited strictly to 8 guests maximum at all times (including visitors). Our dining and seating layouts are precisely tailored for 8.
Strict Length of Stay:
A firm maximum stay restriction of 7 nights is strictly enforced to prevent long-term tenancy issues.
Absolute No-Pet Policy:
This is a strictly 100% pet-free property. No exceptions are granted under any circumstances to protect our custom finishes, materials, and guest health.
Absolute No-Smoking Policy:
This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free sanctuary, both inside the home and across the entire exterior property boundaries.
Dark Sky Compliance:
To support our local observatories, all exterior property lights automatically turn off at 10:00 PM. Down-facing, motion-activated landscaping lights and secure garage lighting are active to safely guide path arrivals after dark.
Parking & Community:
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Vehicles must be parked in our secure 2-car garage or on the driveway. Local Flagstaff seasonal ordinances strictly prohibit street parking from November 1 to April 15 to allow for municipal snowplow clearing.
