Welcome to the Lotus House, where you can enjoy the serenity of the mountains with the luxuries of convenience at your fingertips. Just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and Snowbowl and perfect for incredible meals with this fully stocked kitchen! Perfect for large groups!

Enjoy a hot soak after a cold day in the outdoor hot tub or the soaker tub in the main master retreat. Unwind by the fire pit outdoors or enjoy a grilled steak on the gas grill. This property boasts 3 king bedrooms. Max of 15 guests is allowed.

THE SPACE:
Lotus House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and overlooks a beautiful scenic forest, as does the relaxing hot tub! This stunning home is newly-renovated and includes three king bedrooms, two of which are en suites, to ensure a quiet night of roomy comfort.

The main floor king bedroom is handicapped accessible and includes a Smart TV, desk, and en suite bathroom. Also on the main floor are the kitchen with a large island that seats four, the dining area and table which seats eight, the living room with a Smart TV and gas fireplace, the laundry room, another full bathroom, and a large game room. The game room is a huge hit with large groups, as a wide variety of ages can be entertained with the pool and ping pong table, foosball, darts, Connect Four, Smart TV, and gas fireplace, and pull-out king sofa bed. No matter what the weather conditions are outside, any large group will have lots of fun indoors!

The main king bedroom is located on the second level, with another king bed, a balcony overlooking a scenic forest that is perfect for coffee in the mornings, a Smart TV, and a luxurious bathroom. This beautiful bathroom has double sinks, a large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub perfect for lounging in after hiking, shopping, or a day on the slopes! Another king bedroom with a Smart TV is located on the second floor. A bunkroom that sleeps six is a great additional space. Another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the second floor as well.

The last bedroom - and my favorite - is located in a quiet loft above the game room. It has two twin beds and a futon that sleeps one, or two smaller children. This cozy room has a Smart TV and it's own mini-split with remote to control your own heating or A/C needs.

There are six smart TVs in the house, enough to keep everyone happy! Every room has a fan, and there is central air and heating throughout the house except for the private loft, which has the mini-split. Gas fireplaces in the family room and game room add a relaxing and cozy ambiance to this beautifully updated house. The perfect retreat for a large group, with a maximum of 15 guests!

Downstairs:
Bedroom 1 - King bed sleeps 2, with room for pack and play (found in closet), attached en suite full bathroom with large walk-in shower, desk, and Smart TV. This room is also wheelchair accessible

Pull-out king sofa bed in game room

Upstairs:
Bedroom 2 - King bed sleeps 2, with a gorgeous dual-sink full bathroom that includes a luxurious walk-in shower and a soaker tub, and Smart TV
Bedroom 3 - King bed sleeps 2, with room for pack and play (found in closet), and Smart TV
Bedroom 4 - Bunk room: 3 twins, 1 full, with 1 twin trundle pull-out. Sleeps 6

GUEST ACCESS:
Entire home, property, garage and driveway, hot tub and patio access.
No easy street access from back of property - great for children's safety. Also, deck is completely enclosed with wooden railing and a secure gate to ensure safety

HOUSE RULES:
No parties or events
No smoking inside the house or on back deck (please be mindful or forest fires!)
While we want our guests to have a wonderful stay at Lotus House, we also try to be respectful of our neighbors. We therefore have a 10:30 PM noise and spa/light cutoff time for the back deck. We appreciate our guests understanding!

A $35 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $3,000.
