With this homes spacious and divided floor plan, its great to gather with friends and family😀 an outdoor deck with grill is a relaxing atmosphere with a wooded and private view. Tv’s in every room, even in the enclosed garage with ping pong, darts and bean bag toss for the kids and adults! This home has an open floor plan with plenty of seating in living area and for dining. Areas can be closed off for naps and sleep as well as for quiet time.
The area within a short drive offers fine dining and a select choice of the best fast food venues. Close to shopping at popular retail stores and more. A great return home for many families each year, especially holidays and football games in town😀

Deborah was amazing!!! She even let us borrow a couple of propane tanks for an outdoor event where we needed heaters.Hot to was great.Property was very clean and well maintained. Hostess (Deborah) was exceptional. We will be staying at her properties again!!!!

Great stay and awesome host!

Home was beautiful and well equipped with all the comforts of home! Also very safe, quiet and secluded, yet still in a neighborhood! The host, Debbie, called us the day before check in to give us some check in information and to make sure we didn’t have any questions; excellent host!!

Very nice suburban house

Wonderful Place to stay

We recently had a family get together in Tallahassee. This home was perfect. It was very spacious so we were not on top of each other. The large backyard and the "gameroom Garage" kept them entertained. We would definitely rent again when we go to Tally!

Best Tallahassee Rental Property and Host

The host called two days before our arrival to determine any personal needs and share details regarding the check in/out process and property. This was the most amazing experience we had renting a home. I STRONGLY recommend this residence and host.

College Graduation and Family Celebration

Debbie's communication was consistent and very beneficial. The home has a large fenced in backyard that is beautiful and was perfect for taking our family photos. The hot tub was available and the deck is a nice size for entertaining. The layout of the home is great for families. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Will definitely stay here again

This property was perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive, fun to work with and the little touches were certainly appreciated! We were here for my daughter’s graduation and it comfortably accommodated ages 20-85 with ease. Everyone was very happy with the house, which was very clean, and the beds were great. We had room to spread out and be comfortable with plenty of seating. Uber ride was reasonable into town and we will definitely stay again when we come in town for football games.

Great place to stay

We booked this house for graduation at FSU. Although it was a little off campus, it is in a location that is easy to get to campus and out of the congestion and noise of the campus area. The house was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Debbie is an awesome host who was very easy to work with. The neighborhood is a quiet established neighborhood that is very nice. I would definitely recommend this house and would easily stay there again if in the Tallahassee area. Thanks to Debbie for her flexibility and making sure our stay was easy and comfortable.

Lovely home away from home

This was our second time staying at this VRBO. We enjoyed our first stay so much and were happy the property was available for this visit, too! The home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is on a large wooded lot, which offers additional privacy. We were a small group (4 adults), but the home would easily and comfortably accommodate more adults and/or kids. Also, I can’t forget to mention our sweet host; Debbie called me before both stays to provide a few details about my stay and to answer any questions I had. She is such a thoughtful host! I will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit Tallahassee!

House is roomy and clean! Owners are very responsive. Well furnished. Nice sheets, beds, comforters and towels. Great neighborhood. A bit of road noise during rush hour. Nice bathroom starter kits.

Comfortable and quiet

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet, and just as it appears in the listing. The kitchen has everything you need for a great stay and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. Lots of room! The owner checked in with us beforehand to answer any questions and she was very responsive to messages from us. We will stay again when we are next in the area.

I wanted to design a home with a split plan to allow the parents to be able to move around the house while the children on the other side with their own bathrooms and play area could be closed off from the main TV, kitchen, laundry.
