Great location. We came to town for our granddaughter's birthday. Everywhere we went was within 20 minutes of the house. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion is to have the front porch light on the day of arrival. We arrived late evening and had trouble seeing the house number and the key box numbers. Other than that, the stay was great.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious rental in a good neighborhood with access to the best areas.

Our visit was so nice and comfortable for our quick sports weekend. Our hosts made it extra easy and special with such easy and quick communication and accommodating needs. We will definitely check here for future needs.

Dog dishes and sheets to cover furniture were provided. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard off the back deck. The location made it very easy to get to local sights like McClay Gardens and Tallahassee museum. Nice to be in a friendly neighborhood.

Great place

We were in town for a work function and the FSU game. This townhouse is conveniently located and close to just about everything (Lucky Goat, coffee, Publix, all kinds of restaurants). The accommodations were perfect for us, and the host was easy to communicate with.

It was very cute, but it isn’t as close to FSU as it claims to be. It’s hard to get Ubers from back and forth bcz it’s a small residential area. Very safe though. Unfortunately we found multiple bugs in our beds and when we returned home one in our suitcase. I’m disappointed because it was a very cute house. Cleanliness needs improvement.

We're sorry if you don't feel you got what you expected. - We are just 3.5 miles from FSU as advertised in our listing. We're sorry that you had issues getting an Uber in our residential neighborhood. Perhaps you could have found a different mode of transportation or let us know you were having issues, we could have possibly made other suggestions. - We have not had any issues with bugs, the weather was absolutely beautiful the weekend that you were at the property and it is surrounded by trees with flying palmetto bugs. If the door is left open for any length of time there is a chance they will get indoors. We sprayed the outside decks and doorways after you left, we're sorry for the inconvenience. - Our cleaners do a very good job and we have not had any feedback otherwise, if you had an issue we wish you would have shared it while you were in the home. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

Health Hazard and Poor Conditions

I strongly advise against renting this property. From the moment we arrived, the home had a strong musky odor, and we quickly discovered black mold, dirty dishes, and an overall lack of cleanliness throughout the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, and the yard was clearly not maintained.The most concerning part was that shortly after arriving, our children became sick—something we believe was caused by the mold. We reached out to the guest contact multiple times and received no response.Due to the unsafe and unhealthy conditions, we had to leave the property and seek alternative accommodations. Once we started our stay in a new place, our kids immediately became better. This was a stressful and disappointing experience. Don’t put yourself or your family through this. Renters deserve to know the truth before booking—this home is not safe or properly cared for.

Lots of issues at this place

Super disappointed with my stay in Tallahassee where I live for 45 years I came home for my grandson‘s birth half the stuff in the house was broken notes written all over things not to use not quite sure why she’s not having things fixed prior to people renting this place the only thing that I have to say is that it was clean Neighbor tried to use our electricity because hers was turned off no communication from management at all other than the fact that the Keurig was broken she was going to replace she sent her cleaning lady over to take care of it and she didn’t have the money to replace it… super disappointed… dishwasher a piece of crap garbage disposal didn’t work the toilets didn’t flush she had to hold the handles the back deck was not clean sweep or even made inviting for guests coming to stay there for five nights…. The checkin book was hand written like we are children !!!! Very unprofessional lots of issues that need to be addressed super disappointing wish I could get a refund. I am an avid traveler I use Vrbo and booking numerous times throughout the year and this was the biggest disappointment by far

Hi Lora, these homeowners work hard to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all guests, so they were disappointed by your review. They would like to share the following: - We apologize that a couple of items were not working during your visit. We do our best to keep everything in working order and are always available to address concerns when guests reach out. - The Keurig does work, but only with the refill containers, not with K-cups. We provide coffee for guests to use, and we have purchased a new smaller Keurig so that guests can bring their favorite K-cups if they wish. - We will replace the garbage disposal, and we appreciate you letting us know about that. - The toilet in the main bedroom bathroom has been repaired, and we will fix the other one as well. - Our housekeeper blows off the deck before guests arrive, but due to the numerous trees, it can become leaf-covered quickly. There is a broom in the laundry closet should guests need to clean it again. - We thought the handwritten notes added a personal touch, but we can type those out. Thanks for your feedback. We look forward to hosting many wonderful stays here in the future!

Nice, quaint, getaway

While moving our daughter into FSU, we found this pet friendly townhouse. It was quiet, located in a handy place, and luckily all of the bells and whistles worked! Thank you for the morning coffee and accessories. It was reasonably priced and gave us all a little space. Will stay here again when we visit!

Ok Place to stay

Very difficult to find a house with a patio and that accepts dogs, in general, a nice little house to spend a few days, we use it to see our son who is at FSU. Few days but it went very well. The only drawback is that the full bath is inside the master bedroom, so my children had to wait until we were not using the bedroom to be able to take a bath. But it is something that does not bother too much but to take into consideration

Super cute and convenient

We dropped our son off for college. It was a quick trip, but needed a convenient place to stay where we could bring our dog and it didn't break the bank. We found it with this townhouse. When we come back to visit, we will definitely book this place again.

The headboard to the master bed is either loose or broken, so every time you change positions you’ll be awakened by it, it’s time to buy new bed linens for both room, The bathrooms were in great shape, the washer is unbelievably loud.I would rate this as an average place.

Cozy Two Bedroom Duplex in Tallahassee

The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The home was nice for our family of four. Had everything we needed. Only about 10-15 minute drive to FSU campus. Home was a bit musty smelling when we arrived and the back porch was just covered with leaves. It looked like it hadn't been swept in awhile. It took me about 30 minutes to sweep it. TO their defense there are several large tree in the area, all shedding leaves this time of year but a quick blower to the proch before we arrived would have been nice. Overall I would recommend these accomodations. The home was a nice weekend getaway stay.
