This free standing rustic Andalusian style villa, Casa-Carlota-Marbella, with beautiful private garden with tropical plants, is situated in a quiet residencial area and only 1,5 km from the beach. The villa is build 200 m² on one level and offers you 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, outdoor shower h/c, a super spacious living room with dining area, tv sofa area and pool table and a bright fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, as well as a nicely furnished terrace and garden with Weber Gas BBQ. Bedroom 1 ( Buddha ) is very spacious and offers a kingsize bed ( 180 x 200 ), ceiling fan, airco and a very big ensuite bathroom with walk in shower 2x1 m. The second bedroom ( Surf ) is a very bright and sunny bedroom with King size bed ( 180 x 200 ), ceiling fan, airco and ensuite bathroom. These 2 bedrooms are facing the beautiful green nature campo side. Bedroom 3 ( Ocean ) has a 160 x 200 bed is facing east and offers a bright and luminous marbel bathroom with dobble zink, underfloor heating and glas shower.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan and airconditioning.

There also is a guest toilet and an outdoor shower h/c available.
From the super large living and dining area (72sqm) with big fireplace you enjoy views to the wonderful garden and to the big 12x5m swimmingpool with a Roman style shower temple with hot and cold water. The large, nicely furnished and covered terrace (50 sqm) has sun all day long and leads to the pool and BBQ area. It offers a big wooden dining table where you can enjoy your healthy breakfast or nice Evening BBQs ( Weber Gas BBQ available ) and a comfortable sofa area for chilling and sunbathing. Sunbeds are also available. The house has South-West orientation and is located on a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood with only single houses and villas. The backside of the house borders the lovely green countryside which invites for romantic walks or morning jogging. There are toys for beach and pool for the kids available. So the ideal place for families or friends who are looking for an undisturbed, relaxing holidayhome with everything you need close to the beach. Rental NOT available to party groups. In high season minimum stay 1 week with check out on saturdays.

Reasonable water consumption and normal electricity is included in rental price. For A/C 10 € is included per day, ( = 3 x bedroom cooling 8 h / day ). Higher consumption will be charged at 30 ct / kwh.
Sauna: 30 ct / kwh

The beach is just 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive away, good supermarkets (Mercadona and Lidl) only 5 minutes walk.
Down on the beach you can choose Nikki Beach, Siroko Beach or Casanice with live music, events, drinks and coctails and enjoy Marbella Lifestyle.

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic villa. Nice outdoor space, large pool, and clean and modern rooms. Perfect for families since all rooms are located on the same floor. Stefi is very welcoming and hospitable.

We had a great stay at Stefi’s villa. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was especially well equipped for all our needs. The outside spaces were particularly lovely and we really enjoyed the seating and dining areas, as well as the beautiful gardens and pool. There are lots of nice restaurants in nearby Elvira and Marbella and we found the local taxi company reliable and reasonable. Bit of a tip for future visitors (and this is by no means a criticism), if you have long hair consider bringing your own hairdryer. Also pool towels are provided but if you’re planning on using the pool and sunbathing regularly bring your own too so you’ve always got a fresh one. Recommend for a relaxing and private stay in lovely surroundings!

Very nice property with great pool. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far and there were shops near too. I would recommend hiring a car as this would be much more economical than taxis, which were extortionate

We have had a great holiday in this lovely villa. The pool is perfect and bigger than a lot of other villas. The living space is very spacious and my teenage sons enjoyed use of the pool table. The bathrooms and showers are modern and stylish.Lots to do in the area. Marbella is about 30 mins drive. 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Golf 5 or 10 mins. Tennis and Paddle 10 mins and the beach 5 mins. We also hired electric mountain bikes and explored some of the local countryside tracks. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully make a return trip one day.

A fantastic villa where Stefi (owner) was very helpful on arrival showing us around and telling us what was available within the area which was extremely beneficial for exploring and dining out.The villa was spotless on arrival and everything worked and as it’s Stefi’s home in the quiet season it had all the amenities you would need.The outside seating area was comfortable and sited in a great location looking onto a beautiful garden and a large and ideal pool.We could not find one fault with the villa or Stefi’s hospitality,We have stayed in probably near 20 villas over the years and can confidently say Casa Carlota has been the best yet, thank you Stefi for opening up your beautiful home to allow us to have one of our most relaxing holidays which we mostly spent in your pool.

We had an exceptional week staying at the villa in late July. It was well equipped, clean and in a quiet location. Supermarkets were a 5 minute walk away and the beach 15 minutes. The pool is perfect and the children were hardly ever out of it. Stefi, the host, a lovely lady, was friendly, informative and very helpful. We would love to visit the villa again in the future.

Gorgeous Casa Carlota!

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa and had an amazing time. The villa has everything you need for a chilled family holiday. We have two teenage sons who spent most of their time either in the pool or playing pool! The villa is spacious with a beautiful garden and is set on a very quiet road within easy walking distance of the supermarkets (10 mins) and the beach (15 mins). Stefi is an amazing host and made us feel so welcome. We will absolutely be returning!

A Wonderfully Relaxing Place to Stay

We had a wonderful stay last week! There were 5 of us, our ages ranging from 25yrs- 75yrs & we all had a great time. The villa is really spacious both inside and out so that everyone could have their own space. It had everything we wanted & more. No need to worry about buying kitchen foil & cleaning equipment - everything was there! Whilst we spent much of our time relaxing in the villa, pool & garden, the nearest beach is just a short walk away with beautiful white sand, bars & restaurants & not to be missed. Marbella & Puerta Banus are also just a short drive away. Stefi was an excellent host who was there to meet us & explain the air conditioning etc. She helped with getting us taxis from the airport & answered all enquiries by return.

Relaxing quiet stay

Stefi has been easy to communicate with by email and once we'd booked by WhatsApp. She helped us with sorting out the airport transfers, places to visit etc. We were able to leave our luggage at the villa as we'd arrived earlier then the check in time which allowed us to walk to the supermarkets to get a few essentials. The kitchen is well equipped and has numerous herbs and spices etc so we didn't need to buy any. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are finished to a good standard. The lounge is very big so plenty of space for our group of 6. There's an equally large covered seating area outside which is where we were for most of the day. As it says in the listing the pool is large, maybe 11-12 metres and reasonably deep at the deep end. We found it a great villa which is within easy walking distance to the beach where there are a good selection of restaurants. Siroko Beach bar includes a towel and soft drink in the sunbed rental plus has waiters coming round to take any orders for food and drink. The water sports company is next door as are the well kept public toilets. Further down the beach there was also a floating bouncy play area.

perfect family holidays

Our holidays last july have been very relaxing in this beautiful rustic style Villa. Everything was great, the big pool, the peaceful garden, the BBQs on the lovely terace and the sandy beaches just down the road. Très confortable villa pour les vacances à Marbella

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour de 2 semaines en juin 2025. Villa spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée, de plain-pied, agréable à vivre avec son billard et sa grande cuisine, sa terrasse couverte ouvrant sur un très beau jardin, grande piscine à 28 29 . Quartier calme (on peut ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit, car toutes les chambres sont dotées de moustiquaires à demeure)La gentillesse de Stéfi , propriétaire de la maison pour son accueil, les communications et en cas de problème. (parle anglais, espagnol, allemand, mais pas français)Courses à 2 pas (LIDL et MERCADONA), 10 minutes à pied, plage à pied en 15 minutes, garage pour deux voitures en extérieur dans la propriété (appréciable). Service jardinier et piscinier chaque semaine femme de ménage en supplément que nous avons pris chaque semaine (très appréciable en vacances quand on est 5)Le moins bon: villa difficile à rafraichir la nuit dans la partie salon (ouvertures condamnées) mais tout est climatisé si souhaité en journée (frais supplémentaires si utilisé avec excès au-delà d'un forfait inclus de 70 w par semaine) : nous l'avons utilisé chaque jour dans le salon environ 2 heures et nous n'avons pas eu de frais supplémentaire), ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres très efficaces et suffisants (évitant la climatisation aussi disponible dans chaque chambre).

Fabulous villa near beach

We had a fantastic visit- with my 2 daughters and 2 nieces. The pool was superb, and perfect for a hot day before going to the beach. The location is great, walking distance to a local restaurant but also to great beaches (Sikoro Beach, would highly recommend) to watch the sunset, as well as Playa del Real Zaragoza. Supermarkets (Lidl and Mercadona) are 10 min walk. It was also an easy distance by car (or by bus) to Marbella old town. Stefi was a great hostess and gave us excellent recommendations. Would definitely recommend to others.

Sin duda, la recomiendo.

Bien, estuvimos muy a gusto y disfrutamos sobre todo de la gran piscina, de nuestros desayunos y comidas al aire libre en el hermoso porche y de la mesa de billar. La casa tiene todos los utensilios necesarios . Pondría un pero, a las almohadas y sobre todo al sofá del salón, pero la propietaria me comentó su intención de cambiarlo, por lo que no puedo por menos q recomendarla para quien quiera pasar unas buenas vacaciones en un lugar tranquilo. Destacar la amabilidad y disponibilidad de la propietaria. Gracias Stefi.

This house is our family home. We only rent it out during summer time. It is completely furnished and very well equipped. We only rent it out to families, NO party groups !!!
