Casa Stefania - Marbellamar

A stunning, beautifully refurbished three storey, five bedroom townhouse in the exclusive community of Marbellamar, just a few meters from Casablanca Playa, undoubtedly one of the best beaches on Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile.

Important: Marbellamar is a beautiful community of townhouses in a prime location, but please note that it is a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. It is therefore unsuitable for stag and hen groups, or those who create a lot of noise. We want those living in Marbellamar as well as holiday guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time here in peace, so please respect the neighbours, quiet hours at night, and the communal zones.

Here you can spend the warm days and long summer evenings relaxing outside on the spacious terrace, or you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous - depending on your mood.

The Paseo Maritimo (Beach promenade) is within a 40 meter walk from Casa Stefania. Within easy reach to the East are the port and old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants . To the West you are within a few hundred meters of the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, a glamourous hotel complex with an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with its superyachts, designer boutiques and fabulous nightlife is around 4km/2.5 miles away.

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast.

There is something for everybody, and guests at Casa Stefania have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa Stefania is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes walk of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

Casa Stefania is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

The property has been completely and carefully renovated by its owners and the accommodation provided is comfortable and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility including a drinks/wine fridge, ice-maker - even a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is refined and elegant with French doors that lead to a private east facing terrace with a stylish seating area, water feature and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also a top quality outdoor sound system you can link your device to. The terrace can be covered if shade is required. Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area for washing and drying and further storage area and 3rd additional refrigerator.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with separate dressing area and superbly well-appointed marble bathroom suite with separate walk-in power shower cubicle; the whole room is finished in Travertine marble. Two other large and well decorated bedrooms on this floor (each with twin or double beds ) share a family bathroom.

On the upper are two additional en-suite bedrooms, one a twin (that can be put into a double) and the other has a Queen sized bed. Both have been furnished to the highest quality, with brand new furniture and fittings. There is also a sun terrace on this floor with brand new sunbeds and a sun shade if required. The terrace can either be accessed on the landing or via the double bedroom.

We provide fast and free 5G Wifi with speeds of up to 500mb and unlimited downloads across all levels of the property. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. There are TVs in the living room , the master bedroom and one guest bedroom with internet, HDMI and Apple TV connectivity.

As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning throughout and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

Easter: From April 11 to April 20: From 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (depends on good weather).

From April 20 to May 1: Pool is closed.

From May 1 to June 15: From 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.

From June 16 to August 31: From 11:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.

From September 1 to October 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.

Amazing property right on the beach. Lots off social indoor and outdoor space. Very generous welcome pack which kept us going until the following day so we didn’t need to rush out. Lovely agents who deal with the property. Will definitely use this rental agency again and visit the villa which has everything you need for a fab holiday.

Paradise in Marbella

I have stayed in many rentals. This one gets a perfect score. The house, the location, the management group, everything. The only issue is you may not want to rent a car. It is so popular that there is nowhere to park during the day alstjough lots of room after 6pm. We just rolled with that and it was amazing

Luxurious accommodation in a superb location

The accommodation was a very high spec and was fitted out with every possible accessory to make our holiday a luxurious affair. Location was ideal just a 1 minute walk from the beach and less than that from the communal swimming pool which was never overcrowded. There were lots of excellent restaurants within a twenty minute walk of the property. There is a lovely sun terrace on the roof and on the ground floor a very spacious outdoor area for relaxing and socialising.

Traditionell spansk radhus med många sovrum & litet takterrass. Genomgående hög standard och faciliteter. Minus för poolområde. Den var öppet vardagar till 16, inga solstolar, gräs med taggiga ”blommor” var inte heller skönt. Plus för närheten till stranden, bra restauranger samt mataffärer. Även tv/ljud systemet var mycket bra. Bra att veta är att återbetalningen av depositionen dröjer drygt en vecka.

Amazing

From start to finish this was an amazing place. We arrived to a welcoming basket and a smilie face and the team couldn't be more helpful throughout our stay. The villa was amazing, pictures don't do it justice, was central to both peurto banous and marbella old town with the taxi journey only 5 minutes and with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in marbella.

Exceptional property in ideal location. 5 stars!

We stayed for four nights in May, at the start of the season. The house was perfect in every way: clean, beautifully decorated, well arranged. It had all the equipment you would need and lots of different spaces to doze in the sun or shade. Emily is on hand if you have any additional requirements. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of parking in the street outside, and it is easy to get taxis to Puerto Banus or Marbella. Locally, there are many lovely restaurants to stroll to. All in all, a perfect vacation and we will be back soon!

Absolutely fantastic villa!!!

Pictures can be very deceiving when it comes to booking places to stay. I can honestly say Casa Stefania 2 doesn’t fall into this category, the place is simply stunning. I was told it was renovated, which is was to a very high standard, the technology within the villa is up to date, all rooms are modern, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities available made my stay very convenient. the location is ideal (close to the beach and shops/restaurants), in general I have to say this place is impressive and I would certainly book again.

Perfect from start to finish

From the moment we made contact with the hosts to the moment we checked out and handed back the keys, the service was faultless. The villa has everything you need and more and has been finished to a very high spec. Absolutely stunning and a real pleasure to stay in, having clearly just been renovated and furnished. We were greeted by Emily who was extremely helpful and had went to the trouble of proving food and drinks for our arrival. The beach is basically on your doorstep and must be no more than 30 seconds walk, with shops and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away also. Very close proximity to Puerto Banus and Marbella centre both between 5-10 mins taxi ride. Couldn't be happier with the stay and the holiday in general and I would recommend and stay again without hesitation. You will not be dissapointed.

Stunning Townhouse with great position near the Beach

We stayed in July for two weeks, the house has been completely renovated inside to an exceptional high standard and very tastefully decorated while being practical at the same time. We loved the new entrance hall and extended kitchen. Having five full bedrooms mainly en-suite was also fantastic and there is a good sunbathing terrace on the roof. The back patio was lovely with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink. It was beautifully lit and meant we could extend our evening outside playing cards and listening to music. The amazing huge flat screen smart TV was a great feature and enabled us to catch up on Wimbledon . We enjoyed a few barbecues as the front garden has a very good barbecue and sofas for others to sit and chat while the cook is busy ! It is a good position as it made it easy to go to and from the kitchen. The proximity to the beach front was a great feature and although we had a car we used it less than expected as we could walk to many restaurants on the front and also to tennis courts nearby. Cappucinos towards Marbella was a favourite as it has food to suit anyone and the service was excellent. All in all a fantastic stay was had by all of us and thanks to Emily who was very helpful in any of our requirements such as sorting out cleaning etc. We hope to be able to return in the future .

Love love loved it, would definitely recommend

Amazing, beautiful, pristine and high end property (recently renovated) located steps from the beach.....couldnt ask for more. Located very close to amazing beach front and street restaurants, 5-10min walk to large super market ......my mother now wants to retire in spain, we were there for a family reunion, 4 families and everyone fell in love with the property. I highly recommend it. House has 3 levels and there's enough room for a large group to mingle together and escape from each other.
