Apartment n°2 near the beach - sea view + terrace
Dear Abritel guests,
We are offering for rent a 6-bed apartment on the seafront at Le Lavandou in the Var (region PACA, 83).
The apartment is located 200m from Aiguebelle beach, with a beautiful sea view.
Benefits include easy access to the beach on foot, pleasant strolls thanks to the nearby cycle path just 100m away, the certainty of parking (1 garage space + 1 ext space per apartment) and recent air-conditioning in every room.
Beachside restaurants just a 5-minute walk away.
Shops and restaurants (Le Lavandou town center) 10 minutes away by car.
Located 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez and close to the Port-Cros national park, ideal for discovering the most beautiful towns in south-east France, the magnificent villages of the Haut-Var, or the local beaches, from Rayol to the magical ones of Cabasson and Brégançon. Great hiking, biking and water sports nearby.

Each 80m² apartment has its own entrance. All apartments comprise :
Approx. 32m² living room with open-plan kitchen, high ceilings and exposed beams. Terrace of 25m² overlooking the hill and the sea, and west-facing garden of approx. 25m² (deckchair, table, chairs, parasol available).
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, Krups Nespresso coffee maker).
On the lower floor are 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: approx. 30m² with bathroom and WC, room for 2 double beds
Bedroom 2: approx. 9m²
Shower room and WC in hallway
The 2 bedrooms open onto a loggia of approx. 8m² with sea and hill views.
70 steps in 2 levels to access the apartments, with large terrace on level 1.
Towels and bath mats included if required.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival with the balance of your rental.
Cleaning will be done by you on departure.
A cheque deposit of 1000 euros (not cashed) will be requested on arrival to cover any damage.
