## Space

Our spacious home includes 3 bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds (one double bed of 160, one of 140, and two single beds of 90). You will find a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator, is perfect for preparing family meals. The large living room offers a friendly space to relax. The house also features a laundry room in the basement and two garages that can accommodate up to four cars. The large fenced garden is perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities.

## Access

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the two garages and the large garden.

## Neighborhood

Located in a quiet residential area, our house is close to local shops. You'll find bakeries, grocery stores, and pharmacies in the village of Eymoutiers. Don't miss the local market to enjoy the region's fresh products.

Eymoutiers is a small town with character in the southeast of the Haute-Vienne department, bordering Creuse and Corrèze. This peaceful town is very dynamic with its numerous associations, cultural events throughout the year, and guided tours in the summer (a town with medieval charm). It also has a historical side built around the collegiate church and along the Vienne River (tanneries until the mid-19th century).

Eymoutiers is located at the gateway to the Millevaches Plateau, 15 minutes from Lake Vassivière. Don't miss the very popular Saturday morning market, flea markets, steam train rides, concerts, and the large municipal swimming pool open all summer. There are also many marked hiking trails, and don't forget to visit the Paul Rebeyrolle museum.

## Transit

Access to the house is easy by car, with two garages available that can accommodate up to four cars. The Eymoutiers-Vassivière train station nearby allows you to reach Limoges and other regional destinations. Local buses also serve the area, making it easy to travel to major points of interest.

Check-in hours are in the afternoon from 3 PM to 9 PM.
Check-out hours are in the morning before 11 AM.
Parties or any other large gatherings are not allowed.
