Escape to Reilly Road Ranch, a cute and cozy, mostly modernized 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home perfect for families, friends, or small groups. The home features a partially equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet, and comfortable living spaces designed for relaxation. Step outside to enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard, ideal for unwinding or letting kids play.
The Space:
Step inside this welcoming one-story home, where you'll find a cozy living room perfect for relaxing. The space includes two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a dedicated desk area with high-speed internet, ideal for remote work or streaming. The kitchen is partially equipped with full-sized appliances, including an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide basic cookware, utensils, and dishware for up to six guests. Please note this home does not have a dishwasher. A drying rack can be located under the kitchen sink to hand wash and air dry used dishes.
Rest easy in one of our three comfortable bedrooms:
• Master Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: Includes a comfortable queen-sized bed and a dresser.
• Third Bedroom: Furnished with a full-sized bed. A portable pack'n'play is located in the closet.
The hall bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a refundable $500 security deposit, which include a $15 service fee.
Guest Access:
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the home with the exception of three locked closets- two interior and one exterior.
The Neighborhood:
This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There are many restaurants located close by and I-295 is only minutes away, making getting around a breeze! This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm. Please be aware that only two cars will fit in the driveway.
Getting Around:
Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas.
This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg and Cape Fear Valley Medical Center are only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on S. Reilly Road, making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.

• Guest Verification and Damage Protection: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we partner with Know Your Guest by Truvi for guest verification and you will be given the option to purchase a non-refundable $35 damage waiver or provide a refundable $500 security deposit. Please note the deposit option includes a $15 service fee.
• Late Check-In: If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let our staff know in advance. Failure to notify us of a late check-in may result in limited or delayed assistance with entry should an issue arise.
Interaction with Guests:
This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. Check In is self guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.

Check-ins later than 9PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
