The Blue Burble Inn

Summary:
The Blue Burble Inn is a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, on the outskirts of Fayetteville! Our fully furnished home is great for big families featuring a big fully fenced in yard. Enjoy 5 Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, so everyone can watch their own programs. (no cable is provided, streaming with guest accounts only) This is a home you will love to stay in! ATTN: The thermostat is controlled by the homeowner and is pre-programmed. Guests can adjust, but it will always return to normal programming at scheduled times.

The Space:
Our ranch-style home features an open floor plan and plenty of space for your group or family stay. two of our bedrooms feature queen sized beds and two of our bedrooms feature king sized beds. There is a futon in the living room for extra guests. Each bedroom and the living room feature Smart TVs, logged into our WiFi - login with your own credentials to enjoy your favorite streaming apps. Two full bathrooms accommodate the home. Large fenced in yard. Our kitchen is stocked with baking and cooking essentials, full-sized appliances, dishware and cutlery for your dining pleasure. Our laundry facilities also include full size appliances and a small amount of laundry products for your benefit.

Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home with the exception of two locked closets and the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood but minutes from many restaurants, bars, a movie theater and fun things to do!
Please respect our neighbors by not parking in front of their homes and limiting noise between 10PM and 7AM.

Getting Around:
Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas. Located 13 minutes from the Crown Complex, 12 minutes from downtown Hay st., 11 minutes from the main shopping centers, 19 minutes from Fort Bragg Main Gate, 12 minutes to Paraclete XP indoor skydiving, and 20 minutes to outdoor skydiving it is centrally located to all your needs in Fayetteville.

Note: Thermostat is controlled by the homeowner & Military FIrst BnB Solutions to prevent abuse of the HVAC system.

In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our staff a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:

1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

If you plan to arrive after 9PM, we ask that you please let our staff know. Failure to notify the staff of late Check In may result in limited or delayed assistance with entry in the event of an issue.

Interaction with Guests:
This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!

Check-ins later than 9 Pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
