The main bedroom is very spacious indeed 5.3m x 3.5m (17.4 x 11.5 ft) featuring a King bed plenty of closet space, and a large north-east facing window. There is a 1.7 sq metre gold coloured light installation – magic. The ensuite has beautiful Calacatta Carrara marble for the walls and floor – see the photos! There is a designer shower, toilet, bidet and a pair of basins.
The second bedroom can be set up for twins or a King. The ensuite has a modern shower, toilet and basin. The window faces the piazza and like all windows in the apartment has electrically operated blackout blinds with double glass to reduce the outside noise produced by the local tram.
The kitchen area is elegant in design with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and a 4 hob induction stove with good counter space. The all glass dining table seats four people comfortably.
Location
The apartment is centrally located close to transport hubs. The famous Duomo and La Scala Opera House are a 25 minute walk or five Metro stops – the local Metro stop is just 150m.
Linate Airport is a 20 minute taxi ride and Malpensa Airport can be reached by a fast train in 50 minutes, from just a short walk away.
The grand Gallia Excelsior five star hotel is 50 m away.
The owners are both architects with a passion in design research. They have designed the apartment themselves using the best of Italian products.
They ask that your outdoor shoes be left at the front door to protect the floor as they do themselves when staying here.
