The property was perfectly situated to get around easily. Nicola was a very thoughtful host. He and Maria Theresa had thought of every detail from a traveler’s perspective. Check in was seamless. Nicola even showed us a fabulous coffee and pastry shop very close by. Highly recommend.

I need to start with, this was an excellent place except it was not a two full bath as described. We were two couples sharing this space and each wanted our own shower and bathroom. There is not a second shower as listed. A toilet and laundry sink were the second bathroom. The location could not be better! The host, AMAZING! Fully loaded kitchen that we prepared several meals in! Beautiful property only missing the second full bath.

Maria Teresa and her husband, Nicola, were very welcoming and accommodating. They provided us with many different activities we could do and sights we could see as it was our first time in Milan. The facilities were amazing and exceptionally clean. We were shown how to use all the appliances during check in and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. Our stay was wonderful I definitely recommend anyone considering visiting Milan to stay here.

Olivia and her friend Lily were truly wonderful guests. They were the youngest guests we have ever hosted, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were respectful, kind, and very responsible throughout their stay. They left the apartment clean and tidy and followed all the house rules carefully. Communication was excellent — they were proactive, thoughtful, and always kept us informed. It was a real pleasure hosting them, and we would gladly welcome them back anytime. Highly recommended!

Maria Teresa and Nicola were in contact with us a few days before our arrival. Communications and directions were clear, and they were so friendly. They had lots of local tips and suggestions for us, as well as leaving us with water, juice, coffee and tea. The apartment was great, exactly as pictured, clean, tonnes of restaurants, pubs and transit nearby. Busy part of town, but really quiet with the windows closed. Great place, excellent hosts, would love to stay again.

A Fabulous Apartment in Milan

This apartment was just perfect. 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, lots of light, well equipped kitchen , washing machine and a great location all made our stay wonderful. Maria Teresa, the owner met us and showed us around the apartment. She also made a restaurant reservation for us. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Milan!

Our visit to Milan

Maria Teresa is a very gracious hostess & gave us many great recommendations of where to go & what to do. The apartment is very well located & easy to walk just 1/2 block to the Metro, a mile to the Central Train Station and a 1 hour train ride to Lake Como. The kitchen has very nice appliances & the bedrooms are quite comfortable. All is updated & neat as a pin. I highly recommend this apartment & Maria Teresa!

Great Stay!

Maria Teresa & Marco are fabulous hosts! They went above and beyond making sure our stay was comfortable-they even did laundry for us since the washer had broken right before we checked in AND found us a tailor when we need some mending! They thoughtfully stocked everything we might need during our stay. The apartment is located in a very nice area and close to the subway. We had a very comfortable stay and we'll definitely stay here on our next visit.

Wonderful Stay in Milan

The host was very friendly, communitive, and very helpful during our stay. Everything was as advertised and expected and we made use of the espresso machine and washing machine. You have good taste if…

Congratulations! You are about to make an excellent decision if you are lucky enough to rent this property. Excellent location with amenities all around and metro just outside the door. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to make our stay great.

Great Milan apartment!

The owner of the apartment is a wonderful ambassador for Milan. She provided great suggestions for our stay. The tram and subway are right out the front door so it is easy to navigate the city’s major attractions, Central rail station, etc. The spacious apartment is totally renovated, very clean, and comfortable. This apartment is a gem!

Always a pleasure

If you are in Milan this apartment is definitely a must stay. Maria Teresa greets you with a warm smile and welcomes you to her apartment. The building has a lift which is an added bonus. It is impeccable and she always provides snacks, yogurts, crackers, and coffee. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect and close to the Duomo and the fashion district. If you come to Milan, this is the place to stay.

Great location and a fantastic host

We were visiting Milan for a few days and decided to stay at Maria’s VRBO. Best decision as it was close to all transportation, shopping, easy walks to the center of town and the apt and Maria were both great. Having a washing machine was helpful as well. Would definitely come back. Only thing to note that it’s truly a one bedroom with a really nice sofa bed in a larger living room. We didn’t mind that as it was just the two of us.

When I travel I love to compare my culture with that one of the country where I go; I try to identify myself as much as possible with local people. I explore more and more, walking, talking, eating, and attending also hidden locations and attractions, not necessarily described in the tourist guides. I like the idea of staying in a comfortable, clean, well equipped flat, that makes me relax after a busy day and that gets me move easily at night if I want to go out. My flat allows all this in Milan; that’s the reason why I decided to rent it and to make myself available to my guests. I love cooking and trying new dishes to share with friends.
