Thank you for staying with us. It was a pleasure hosting you.

Thanks for bringing this to our notice. . A brand new bed has been installed.

Thank you John!! It was great hosting you and your wife.

I appreciate Melina’s husband for staying with us. We were hinted and grateful to host him. Melina was not the one that stayed. She booked for her husband. As can be seen from many other reviews, this is an anomaly and can be explained by the fact that for the self-check in, the detailed steps with pictures which were sent by both myself and Vrbo, she did not forward the information to her husband and communicated the wrong information to him verbally which caused him to be delayed in getting into the apartment when he arrived late in the night, until he was able to reach me by phone. This would have easily been avoided had she forwarded all the required information to him since he wasn’t the one that booked and I could only communicate with her. Nevertheless, we are grateful to host and serve Melina by hosting her husband as we always do for all our guests with excellence. I wish them everything good, joyful and peaceful.

Dear Aleisha, Thank you for your detailed feedback and for choosing our property for your work trip. I’m glad to hear you appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the clean beds and linens, and the convenience of our off-street parking—especially with your cargo trailer. I’m sorry to hear that a few aspects didn’t meet your expectations. Your notes about the steep steps, floor condition, broken trash can, and shower pressure are truly appreciated. Thank you for bringing them to our attention. We’ve already begun addressing these areas to improve the experience for future guests. Regarding the parking exit, we understand how maneuvering a trailer can be challenging, as the driveway and gated space were primarily designed for standard vehicles. I’m glad our parking space was still able to accommodate your trailer, allowing you to enjoy the added benefit of secure, complimentary parking during your stay. We always aim to provide good value and a comfortable experience, and your honest input helps us grow and serve our guests better. We hope to welcome you again in the future with an even better stay. Warm regards, Greg

We regret that this was your experience, but we strongly disagree with your characterization of the property and our response. As you noted, we offered multiple solutions when you raised your concerns. We also worked through a language barrier, including speaking with your brother so we could communicate clearly and try to help. It is unfair to suggest that we were focused on minimizing our costs. We provided a refund so you could find another place to stay, even though doing so came at a cost to us. We did not ignore your concerns. We encourage prospective guests to read the property’s other reviews, examine the listing photos and description, and form their own judgment.
