This private, mountain resort sits on 1,000 acres surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Cobbly Nob amenities include seasonal access to two pools, tennis courts, 24-hr. security, and the Bent Creek golf course which was designed by Masters and British Open winner Gary Player. Cobbly Nob offers easy driving distances to all area attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park but is also very secluded with abundant wildlife.

- 1 queen bed in the open loft area (upper level)

- 1 queen-over-queen bunk bed (lower level)

Main Level - Enter the property on the main level through the covered front porch with multiple seating options to enjoy the mountain views. The main floor includes a living room with vaulted ceiling and huge bay window, stocked kitchen, dining area, bedroom w/queen bed, full bath, and pantry. The spacious covered back & side decks with ample outdoor seating options, including a swinging bench, are accessible from this level.

Upper Level - The upstairs includes a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a full bath with garden jacuzzi tub, and an open-concept bedroom loft with a queen-sized bed. Step outside to savor your own private, secluded balcony and relax in the hammock swing!

Lower Level - The newly remodeled, LOADED game room was made with FUN in mind! It includes a TV area nook, shuffleboard table, air hockey table, 60-game multi-cade arcade, along with board games and puzzles for your family to enjoy. There is a bedroom with queen bunks and a full bath with laundry area. This is a great space for your whole family to enjoy!
