Apartment in the Alps at Névache (Clarée valley)

Located in the hamlet of Roubion in Névache in the Clarée valley, this bright apartment with balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and is ideally located near shops and hiking and ski slopes. The Clarée valley (classified site) offers magnificent landscapes and hikes whatever the season.

Environment

The apartment is ideally located. Indeed, at the bottom of the building is the only grocery store in the village (bread and newspaper depot as well), a restaurant pizzeria and a winter sports equipment rental shop (Nevasport). A large parking lot allows you to park easily at the foot of the residence.

In summer you are in the immediate vicinity of several hiking departures directly on foot from the apartment, you will also find 100 meters from the departure of the shuttles to the heart of the village or the upper valley of the Clarée starting point for many magnificent hikes with beautiful lakes. A tennis and football field is also within walking distance of the apartment. You can also practice trout fishing in the nearby river.

In winter the apartment is located at the foot of the cross-country ski slopes, a few meters from the ski school and the Nevasport shop which will allow you to rent all the necessary equipment (alpine skis, cross-country/skating skis, sledges, snowshoes...). For downhill skiing you also have nearby the ski lifts of Névache (Champ-Bellet or Bois Noir) or the resort of Montgenèvre (25 min) and Serre-Chevalier (40 min) as well as Briançon (25 min).

The apartment includes:

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a large wardrobe to put your belongings.
- 1 living room with 1 single sofa bed, TV, books and games, kitchen area (2 hotplates, microwave oven) a large fridge freezer and a washing machine.
- 1 beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 1 large balcony for lunch in the sun (with table and chairs) or relaxing after a nice hike (2 sun loungers)

You will have access to the entire apartment on the 1st floor and a ski locker on the first floor.

A person will welcome you on site, give you the keys and introduce you to the apartment. Reception is from 4 pm and departure before 10 am.

Please note that the reception will be between 6 and 7 p.m. at the latest. An agreement for the reception will be made at least 24 hours before arrival.

For winter: The Mountain Law requires that all vehicles driving in the mountainous areas concerned by the regulations be equipped with a device adapted to face snow and ice. This requirement is essential to guarantee good grip on the road and prevent any risk of skidding. The mandatory equipment includes two main options:
- Snow chains or socks
- Four winter tyres or all-season tyres


The site takes a service fee that corresponds to a commission, in this service fee does not include the cleaning fee! We have chosen not to include them in order to give you the freedom to do your cleaning or not on the day of your departure! You will therefore have the possibility to clean the apartment in order to leave the apartment as clean as you found it or to pay us directly on the day of your arrival a cleaning fee (50 euros) in cash, in this case we will take care of the cleaning for you!
