Agence Cocoonr offers you this converted family home with 5 accommodation units, each named after a member of the family. So this is where Pierre slept. Always quiet, always in the centre of town, always with a view of nature and Place Stanislas.

This charming flat, measuring 25 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift). It consists of a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room with sofa bed and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A mezzanine with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and TV (Netflix access)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you will have a private parking space at your disposal.

The accommodation has a private car park, although access may be temporarily restricted during certain local events (e.g. Saint-Nicolas, Le festival du Livre sur la Place, or other events).
