Cottage on the farm, independent and on one level, set in a traditional barn located on the causse typical of GRAMAT, halfway between the Lot valley and the Dordogne valley. Close to all major sites of Lot , Rocamadour, Padirac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, ... Caving nearby the Lot being the second region in the world for underground diving and the first in France.Cottage on one level: entrance to the living room with fireplace insert/kitchenette fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, ... Pantry (ironing board, cleaning equipment, high chair), 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with bed 140x190 including one with baby bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90 x 190 and 1 bunk bed, bathroom, toilet. Enclosed plot of 200 m² adjoining the cottage but possibility of access to the garden of the owners (games for children, car parking). The rooms and the living room are equipped with reversible air conditioning/ rooms equipped with mosquito nets. Sheets, towels, optional cleaning.
