Cocoonr invites you to discover Le Petit Amerval, a charming studio apartment situated on Rue d’Amerval, right in the heart of Nancy.
This 20m² air-conditioned retreat, designed with meticulous attention to detail, can accommodate up to two guests for a comfortable, cosy and practical stay, whether for a holiday or a business trip.

Behind its intimate size lies a functional and elegant space, where every area has been optimised to offer maximum comfort.
Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living area with a clever sleeping area: the bed slides away to free up space during the day, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a bed that slides under the bathroom to transform into a sofa, dining table and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

Situated on the charming Rue d’Amerval, the accommodation allows you to explore Nancy to the full on foot. You’ll find shops, restaurants and boutiques right on your doorstep, whilst being just a stone’s throw from the famous Place Stanislas!
