Loved this location and the cottage has a beautiful view of the marina. Check in/out was seamless. Hot tub was closed when we were there, which was a bummer, but it was a great stay.Would definately recommend:)

Beautiful stay right on the water in Sturgeon Bay, with walking access to downtown shopping, restaurants, waterfront, etc. The rental was clean, well cared for, decorated super cute, and perfect for a family or group of couples. Highly recommend.

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Jill was excellent communicating in advance and on-site when we had questions. The pool was an added bonus. Good location - close to dining and easy access to all of Door County's attractions! Would definitely recommend.

Very good over all. Nice convenient location. Great pool. A little disappointed the hot tub was out of commission. Overall the property exceeded our expectations.

Great Location

Loved that we could walk into the town area and walk the docks to check out the boats. The decks and patio were also a plus. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed.

This was looking like a 5-star stay, based on the location and amenities. However, I have to leave a 1-star review because both my wife and I received multiple bed bug bites during the stay, and the host refused to acknowledge any problems. The bites appeared on our final morning of the stay. What started as a few lines of red bites on our arms and chests turned into a mass of red swollen bumps, especially on my wife. The following day I asked the host if there had been any other reports of bug bites from the area, and she said they spray for mosquitoes and other biting bugs on the property. My wife went to urgent care because the bites were starting to hurt. The urgent care doctor diagnosed them as bed bug bites. At that point I asked the host about bed bugs at the property, which she denied. Her answer was to blame swimmer's itch from the lake, but my wife did not swim in any lakes.I notified VRBO on Friday afternoon and it was soon elevated to a supervisor. They reviewed pictures of the bites and a copy of the doctor's note. They contacted the host to see if this could be resolved. The host continued to deny any problems and VRBO just told me the host will not do anything to help.As I've learned a lot about bed bugs recently, a property can be perfectly clean but still have bed bugs. And bites don't show up immediately, they can take a few days to appear. We are being very careful now and testing for bed bugs in our house!

We took this claim very serious . We did have the rental tested several times with absolutely NO trace of any bed bugs at all. It is very unfortunate that she had an allergic reaction to the summer season mosquitos and horseflies as well as sand jitter bugs . We have never had any issues in the past with none of our customers . When a customer demands to have money back for no reason and not given them a free stay that they were going to try and hurt us with false claims. We do not take this lightly. We work with our guests to ensure positive feedback and 10 star stays. We follow a very strict cleaning process and sanitize each and every rental after each stay. Our hard working staff keeps our rentals extremely clean. We love our guests and they are happy as it show as most of them are repeat customers. We look forward to making the best stay for each and everyone.

Spring visit to Door County

This was our fourth stay at this property. It honestly feels like a home away from home! This is, in our opinion, an ideal location from which to explore Door Co. We enjoy watching marine activities on the shipping channel, the convenience of nearby stores, restaurants, parks and walking paths. These “cottage” condos are clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable!

Great property to enjoy sturgeon Bay

This is my third time at this property. It is wonderful from start to finish. Property is wonderful shape and includes what you need for an enjoyable weekend. The view is gorgeous. It is close to so many things in town that you can walk to. Responsiveness from the host is excellent. Would recommend to anyone!!

Perfect location, even better host!

Shannon was amazing to deal with from the very start. We stayed for an extended period of time since we have family in the area and were leaving the Texas heat. The layout was great for our three young boys and the two of us adults. Access to the pool and watching the boats from the marina come in and out were huge hits. Any hiccups during our stay were addressed immediately and our interaction with every staff member was nothing short of amazing.

Great Vacation Spot!

The pool area and hot tub looking over the water and boats was amazing. Shannon was great and any issue we had was resolved right away. She even sent us a list of ideas for things to do! My only downfall (and not really even one) is that the picture of the condo on line was not the exact one we were staying in. There are 3 condos so it was probably one of the other ones. All in all, we had a great time!

Cute property close to the harbor & water! Easy walk into town for coffee & a nice Saturday Farmer’s Market. Nice space on all 3 floors including each of the 2 bedrooms. The only negative I experienced was the bright external lights on the next door building (under the roof line) at night right outside the 2nd floor bedroom. The vertical blinds did not block out much of the light so the bedroom was not very dark for sleeping. I’d recommend a pull down shade like the 1st floor patio door has.

Awesome cottage right on the water! Pool was fantastic and I loved the outdoor cooking space steps away from the entrance to the home. Check-in and checkout instructions were very clear and Jill was super responsive. Highly recommend!

Family birthday

Great location - just a couple blocks from downtown. Property was exactly as described. Marina was closed for the season so I can’t comment on pool or if the location would be noisy from boats and people using the docks. I would suggest getting some lights for the sidewalk by the 3 properties. If no one is staying at the houses or they don’t leave their outside lights on it is very dark. You have to park at marina and walk through the bushes to get to the sidewalk which isn’t bad. Lights would be great. Top floor can get warm because hot air rises but fans were provided and the windows can be opened. I would stay again and recommend to family & friends.
