When you contacted us regarding the pool-door alarms and the safety of your grandchildren, our team came to the property immediately, installed the alarms, and added an additional one for extra peace of mind. With 24/7/365 guest support and in-house maintenance personnel, being able to respond quickly—and physically get someone to a property when needed—is an important part of the Latitude Key experience. We also appreciate the constructive feedback regarding the squeaking bed and the odors in both homes. These are specific, correctable items, and our property and maintenance teams have been made aware so the sources can be identified and addressed. We’re glad these concerns didn't overshadow everything your family enjoyed, particularly the amazing pool, comfortable layout of the two homes, and excellent service from our team.
