Paki Maui 123 ist eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern direkt am Meer im Erdgeschoss. Von deiner Veranda und den raumhohen Glasschiebetüren aus hast du einen herrlichen, unverbauten Meerblick, und das natürliche Licht strömt in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Genieße es, zu Hause zu kochen – die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet einen majestätischen Meerblick und Zugang zur eigenen Veranda. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um ein gutes Buch zu lesen oder sich nach einem langen Tag in der Sonne zu entspannen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes California-King-Bett und ein geräumiges eigenes Badezimmer mit einer Dusch-Badewannen-Kombination. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, und das Gästebad befindet sich im Flur und ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Für zusätzlichen Komfort stehen in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.

Der Projektbeginn ist für den 14.09.26 geplant, die Fertigstellung wird voraussichtlich 2 Wochen dauern. Projektumfang: Entfernung der Pflanzkästen an den Blöcken 21 und 22. Was dich erwartet: Lärm, Staub und Bauschutt während der Abrissarbeiten. Entfernung und Modernisierung der Solarmodule. Das Projekt soll am 14.09.26 beginnen und voraussichtlich 2 ½ Wochen dauern. Umfang der Arbeiten: Demontage und Modernisierung der Solarmodule auf dem Dach. Was dich erwartet: Ein Kran wird vor Ort gebracht, um Materialien und Ausrüstung von den Dächern zu entfernen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten können durch die Kranarbeiten beeinträchtigt werden.

Das Paki Maui verfügt über einen Pool direkt am Meer, einen Whirlpool, Grillplätze mit Picknickbereichen und einen Münzwaschsalon. Im Resort fallen keine Resort- oder Parkgebühren an. Das Paki Maui ist ein fünfstöckiges Resort direkt am Meer, das auf der Westseite von Maui zwischen den Gebieten Ka’anapali und Kapalua liegt. Paki Maui liegt im Stadtteil Honokowai, wo du direkt gegenüber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strandverleih findest. Nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt liegt das Whaler’s Village Shopping Center, wo du zahlreiche Restaurants und Unterhaltungsangebote genießen kannst. In Kaanapali und Kapalua stehen Golfplätze und Putting Greens zur Verfügung.

The room was amazing. Great view, comfortable bed and furniture. So much nicer than where we were before. The only thing that would have made it nicer would be AC. When we arrived the condo we warm because the windows were and fans were off. Aside from that, this condo was a gem.

This property had everything we needed for a day. Check-in was super easy and responsiveness from the property manager was awesome. I’d say the one thing that was giving us minor difficulty was the lack of larger cookware to prepare dinner for a family of five. We may do, but it would’ve been easier.

No, we had a great view of the beach and pool and were able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing at the beach which was amazing and very well located around local shop and places to eat. Amazing food truck from local businesses only a 5 minute drive down the road as well. Easily accessible for the elders that came with us and a very comfy family friendly rental.

Great beach view. We rented the property specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was out of service for maintenance the majority of the time we were there.This is not the fault for the property owner, just poor timing. Only property complaint is, fans did not work properly, otherwise a great property.

Fun stay in Maui!

Nice location between Nipili and Kaanapali. If you're looking for more casual than resort, this is the place. Easy access to Lahaina through Kapalua. Nice protected spot for very safe snorkeling is right outside.

Great Location, Easy Vacation

The location right at the water was amazing! We snorkeled and swam right out front. Comfortable and large master suite, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, easy parking. This suited our low maintenance family really well. We hope to be back!

Family friendly, great location for small kids

Family friendly location. Park nearby with playground. Beach has a reef around it creating small ear pools for little ones. Comfortable home. I asking distance to great coffee and farmers market grocery store. The floor could use a real good scrub.

Have stayed in this condo building in past ( we live on Kauai and occasionally visit Maui. This condo was on opposite side of previous stay and quite a bit louder due to trash trucks, car traffic in early morning and close pool location. Also a bit worn and never was able to get WiFi to work well. Despite all of this the location on Mauai cannot be beat. Probably saw at least 50 whale a day off Lanai. The management company was delightful to work with. Was shocked to see how dirty our feet were just after 30 min of entering (we take our shoes off in Hawaii). Need to talk to cleaning crew about cleaning those floors better! Despite all these little things, would consider returning due to condo location and working again with My Perfect Stay. They gave wonderful information and kept in good touch.

Great place for the price

Condo location was great, pictures showed kids on boogie boards but was two rocky, beautiful view, noisy by pool but great to be able to watch kids. Needs a little updating. Understand it has been sold, hope new owners update shower. Great place for the money. Would stay again

I'd actually say 4.5 stars. The only knock is that it's a little dated and you can see a little bit of wear. The place was clean, accessible, and located right above the pool. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean.

Cycling and Snorkeling Getaway

We had such a wonderful time at this property. Main floor was really easy for rolling bicycles in and out each day. Snorkeling on this trip was best down by the Westin property, Nipilli Beach or Honolua as the snorkeling at this beach isnt the easiest to enter and not much coral or fish to speak of. Loved this location being directly across street from Fish Market for the poke and fish burritos. We will be back to this location next year! Mahalo for a wonderful vacation.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place could use some updates, especially twin mattresses. It had all necessary items including pool and beach appointments. Location convenient to pool. Unfortunately the stairs to the beach in front of the unit were blocked for repairs. Parking lot spaces were really tight. No air conditioning but we were fine in March with the ocean breeze. Would stay there again.

Nice Place

The location is great! The beach in front of Paki Maui was perfect for our family, the corals give enough protection so that my older kids could swim safely and my baby enjoyed all the tide pools in the front. The pool was right in front of the room which was nice because I could keep an eye on the kids while still being in the comfort of my apartment. Overall the place is well stocked with everything we needed to cook, it had beach chairs and boogie boards. My only complaint is that the closet doors were not set up correctly and we had a hard time opening them to the point that we had to remove one of the doors. Also, I wish they had blackout curtains to give more privacy and darken then room a little better because the lights from the pool area stay on quite late. Overall, we had a great experience and we are happy with our stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had such a wonderful time at this Amazing property. I honestly don’t understand these negative reviews. Everything was perfect! So clean, fantastic communication, great location, amazing views, wonderful beach for swimming/walking, beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. We also loved the number of lounge chairs available at the pool and beach area. We loved eating at the food truck park (had the Thai truck 4 times), Pizza Paradiso and Ms Arrapa’s (literally right across the street). Loved the ABC store 3 minute walk away too! The trade winds were perfect, did not need ac at all in July, the fans provided were just what was needed! The condo was bigger than I thought it would be, bedrooms are a great size and everything is situated perfectly. Great kitchen items for cooking and plenty of dishes and flatware. Just a great place! We cannot wait to return! We just loved it all!!! Thank you so much!!!

Birthday trip

We enjoyed our stay loved the views from the balconies. We were able to see some whales. Though there was lots of rain the first couple of days we made the most of it but enjoyed hanging out in the room The hot tub was full at night and seemed like the people in it had to be told by residents that lived there to get out, so we used the hot tub first thing at 9:00, we enjoyed how dedicated the staff is in cleaning the pool and hot tub!! We utilized the bbq downstairs in the pool area to make dinner, however the smoke alarms were very sensitive we had to take them down the wouldn’t stop beeping. The outlets in both bathrooms wouldn’t work but did let the office management know they had someone would come but we never saw anyone call or come by. The garbage disposal sounds likes it works however nothing seems to go down. To me we made the most of it regardless of a few things but really enjoyed the property so thank you very much it was a memorable birthday week

Two Star

Resort was undergoing construction which orange barricades obstructed ocean view from balcony. Stairs that lead to beach were broken and unable to be used restricting direct beach access. Condo does not have screen door to allow air to flow through, which made condo very hot since it did not have air conditioner. Kitchen was full of ants even when all food was put away and cabinets were wiped down. Also found a large cockroach during stay. I got a promotional price that was cheaper than the normal pricing and it was not worth it. I would absolutely not pay the normal pricing. Would not stay here again, other places with better amenities for same price or cheaper.
