It features a lovely, fully equipped south-facing terrace (no sea view, as the sea is to the north). There is direct access to the sea via the marina; the beach is 500 meters away. The harbor promenade leads to the boardwalk (wooden cycle and pedestrian paths) along the coastline.

The apartment includes two beds: a 160cm sofa bed in the living room and a 130cm double bed in the sleeping alcove. The terrace, overlooking the church square, is not overlooked. A washing machine is also provided. A concierge service takes care of check-ins and cleaning and offers, at a good price, to those who do not want to bring their own: sheets, towels, dish towels.
