The kitchen was fully equipped. The room was clean. There wasvbeach towels andva couple of beach towels. We could have used a couple more. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacay. The room is across from the beach and down a bit.

Quick getaway

My daughter and I did our annual getaway and visit family in Bonita Speings . The place was very cute , cozy, and clean! We were not disappointed! Beach accessible and very close to food. We would stay here again .

We enjoyed the division of the room with the shelving. It made it nicer to divide the two rooms. Condo was nicely updated. Location was good being across the street from the beach. Plenty of towels for our 3 day stay. Very clean

Condo was clean and as pictured! We had no issues with the room. The property was nice, but still doing construction from the last hurricane, so no tennis courts right now. There are plans to put them back in. There are two pickleball courts open. This is the farthest tower from the beach, but still an easy walk there. Overall a great stay!

Perfect!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and two teens, 18 & 16). It had everything we needed and then some! We really appreciated that it had beach towels, nice beach chairs, a cooler, etc. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. We loved how the unit was decorated with the dividing wall/plantation shutters dividing the family room area and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Condo manager was quick to reply when we had issues with our key pad entry. Kithchen was furnished with what was needed. Overall it was clean. I think the bathroom needs work done to it, the tile grout was nasty in the bathroom. The vertical blinds on the sliding door need attention, several of them missing.

Clean and perfect location to Public Beach access

There were beach chairs, towels and a cooler for us to use. We drove to the beach and paid the $2 per hour to park so as to haul all our things but ended up spending all day every day on the sand. If you plan to spend a lot of time on the balcony at the condo, this one has a parking lot only view so no ocean in sight. As it was for us, our needs were met!

Ver comfortable, but under construction

The condo 5303 was very nice overall, but the owners need to bite the bullet and replace the mattress. A foam topper does not make it better. It can shift, and cause you to topple out of bed!The unit is fully and comfortably furnished otherwise with everything you need. Nice to have a partial divider to separate the living room from the bedroom area. Spacious bathroom.While we were there, there was a “red tide” and the beach was covered with dead fish, which were also in the water. Unlucky for us, and the swimming pools were closed for re-construction, which was very unfortunate. The construction on the property was more extensive than we thought it would be, but it was only during the day, and not on the weekend. Once they finish, I think it will be a very nice community!
