Welcome to our sensational condo. We are located on the 3rd Floor of Bldg. 5 at Beach and Tennis Club.

Beautiful sunsets await you in our 1-bedroom, studio condo with half wall and plantation shutters to offer a semiprivate bedroom space. We are just steps away from the beach and restaurants.

Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves.

Prefect beach studio that comes with everything you need for a stress-free beach vacation. We are located in the Bonita Beach and Tennis complex. Come and soak up the sun and enjoy everything Florida has to offer! The beach is just across the street, just a short walk for you to enjoy.

Fully equipped condo including a fully stocked kitchen, private balcony and complimentary We-Fi for those that need to stay connected. We have the essentials, fresh coastal flare throughout, unique room divider offering privacy from bedroom area to living area, and plenty of storage space. Our bathroom has a walk-in shower and oversized vanity. Beach essentials such as beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, beach umbrella, beach towels and a small cooler are provided. Enjoy our private balcony showcasing plenty of green space.

Great Location with multiple restaurants in walking distance and grocery store less than 2 miles away.

This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.

Guests will have self-check in. You will be provided with a code for entry in your booking site inbox prior to your arrival. Guests will have access to the shores of Bonita Beach that are just steps away from our unit.

We have convenient free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: RV or Trailor Parking is Not Permitted.

Pay-per use Laundry Facilities are located in Building 1, 3 and 5. This unit is in Building 5.

There will be some shared spaces such as pool, elevators, etc.

We are always available by booking site, email, phone/text.

Parking: The manager’s office will provide a parking pass free of charge. You will need to get your pass upon arrival during business hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, located in Building 4 on the ground floor. If you arrive after hours, please write down your phone number and the unit you are renting, leave it on the dash until you can visit the office during open hours.

There is Pickle Ball and Corn Hole available.

No Smoking Allowed, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property, including the condo and balcony.

No Pet Allowed: Service Animals permitted with proper paperwork submitted prior to arrival date.

No Parties Allowed.

Laundry Facilities are located in Buildings 1, 3, and 5.

This unit has a King Bed and a pull-out sofa.
