The Space
Our newly renovated 630 sq ft condo sits on the second floor of the Riverfront condominiums. It has 1 bedroom with a cozy king sized bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, ice maker, and all your basic cookware!

Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire unit, laundry facility & pool! There is a white key pass for the laundry and a fob for the pool.
There is a parking lot on site with enough spots for 1 car per unit.

Interaction with Guests
We let our guests have their space but if needed, will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you. Additionally, inside the property you'll find a helpful booklet with our contact info, helpful info about the property and places to check out in the area.

The Neighborhood
The condo is located just north of downtown and east of Germantown. It's 1 mile from Honky Tonk Row and lower Broadway - a very quick Lyft, short scooter, or walk away. The unit sits alongside the Cumberland River, enjoy a fantastic view!

→ Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions.
→ Please note before booking – while we have our quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, there is potential for noise as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants above and beside you. We provide a sound machine for the unit but please be aware of this detail to make sure this condo is the right fit for you!
→ As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening. Because of the construction, at times there are limited sidewalks to use. Please be conscious of your surroundings exploring about town.
→ Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. Laundry is on site, credit cards are accepted. Towels & linen are provided (including bedding for the sofa bed). Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
