Our top-floor, end-unit, condo at 3502 Lasata is designed in trendy coastal style and is the perfect location for a relaxing stay with convenience to a private, sandy white beach on the Emerald Coast, and the famous Village on Baytowne Wharf. The decor's neutral colors and textures reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding bay and beautiful Emerald Coast waters. You will love the location - less than a 5-minute walk to the Baytowne Wharf shops, entertainment, and restaurants. The sparkling lagoon-style swimming pool, smaller relaxing pool, and hot tubs are just downstairs. The stunning private Sandestin® beach is a short tram ride away. Stylish, yet designed with comfort in mind, this Lasata condo is in the center of it all!

"Fresh and relaxing" describes the living area that offers plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa and oversized armchair. For a picture-perfect view of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Baytowne Wharf marina, step onto the secluded, private balcony and relax on one of the many balcony chairs while drinking your favorite beverage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to serve delicious meals. The dining farm table seats four guests with additional bar seating for three. The master bedroom suite offers a king sized bed under a quiet ceiling fan, a spacious closet and a 35” HDTV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a soaking tub/shower combo. There is an additional full bathroom with a walk in shower located off the kitchen. For your convenience, our vacation condo offers a stacked washer and dryer, underground private garage parking (for 1 vehicle), elevator entrance and complimentary WIFI. There is also an air mattress for guests.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a delight for all ages! A 5-minute walk brings you to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip-lining, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

We are excited for you to enjoy your stay in our premier location at 3502 Lasata, and treat yourself to a memorable beach vacation at Emerald Blue. *HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
