Lakefront Home Close to the Beach! Sleeps 16

It doesn't get much better than beach life on Eastern Lake! This unique 5 bedroom plus pool house sleeps 16.

The expansive outdoor area is truly a zen oasis--relax in the pool or hot tub. Watch the sunset on the dune lake from your own private deck. A Short 8-10 minute walk takes you to the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Main House:
The first floor master bedroom has beautiful lake views, with an additional pull out sleeper sofa and attached full bathroom to include a soaking tub and a tiled stand alone shower.

The second floor hosts the living room, spacious kitchen with a walk in pantry, ice maker and wine fridge, dining area with views of the Dune Lake and includes two Queen guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom with the main living area.

The third floor Queen bedroom has beautiful views of the Dune Lake. An additional Queen guest bedroom with an attached bathroom (which would also be the bathroom for the other Queen bedroom) is found on the third floor along with a lounging area for the kids.

The pool house studio has a King bed along with a queen pull out sleeper sofa. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette, full size fridge, microwave and cooktop. The full attached bathroom boasts a beautiful tile shower and single vanity.

Included are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks.

Don't stress-If you would like to rent a golf cart or bikes I can make those arrangements for you!

Great family get away

It was a great home, we were able to host extend family for a thanksgiving gathering! The pool was prefect for the littles ones and the layout of the home and pool house was a great fit for us!

Property was canceled the day before we was already on way 16 hour trip and drove 8 hours found out

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned to stay here for a week. Our plans changed due to a water burst, but our manager, Kristy took care of everything! She found us another similar rental, then because the second place was less expensive, wrote us a check for the difference!! Thanks Kristy!!

Room for improvement, amazing location

-Ac went out -Dock banisters broke when a 20lb child leaned on it. -Lights under deck physically shocked us when getting out of the water. (Everyone was fine, still shouldn't happen though). -The pool had a leak as well. -A handful of linens were physically dirty However, the management team went above and beyond to assist with the issues and we're incredibly helpful.

Peaceful

Check in/ check out process was very smooth. House was located on a nice quiet street and the bikes/ kayaks/ paddle boards being included was a huge plus. The commute to the beach was not bad at all. A quick 4 min bike ride (we timed it). Able to enjoy coffee on the dock in the mornings with a gorgeous lake view. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for a peaceful vacation.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was close to everything we wanted to do on this trip, much within walking or biking distance. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed using the provided bikes, paddle boards and kayaks. It was great to have coffee on the dock as the sun came up each morning. Five Stars!

Great for large families

This property was great for large and extended families. It was a bit misleading looking at the photos thinking the pool and guesthouse were easily accessible from the main house living area. It was a bit difficult sharing bathrooms on the main living level and upstairs level. The bottom floor has its own full-size bathroom and the guest house has a full bathroom. I guess I just missed that on the listing. The pool and spa(hot tub) did not have a way to set separate temps so the pool felt like the spa temperature our entire stay. That was a bummer. It has beautiful views, bikes, kayaks, paddleboard‘s, and beach towels. All of those things were a great bonus. The location was great & not too terribly far from the beach access. We rode bikes to get to the beach. We drove and parked a car near the beach access for the kiddos. Overall, it was a nice place and well stocked.

Great large family home for Spring Break

We had a lovely stay on Eastern Lake over Spring Break! The location was fabulous, right across the street from Old Florida Fish House and the beach access point was right at the end of our street- a 2 minute bike ride or 5 minute walk away. The size of the house was great with plenty of room for everyone, including a pool house for out of town grandma and grandpa who were able to join us on this trip. We really enjoyed our stay!

This home has lots of space for a large family. The heated pool is great. We enjoyed the boat dock.
