But the top hangout spot of the home is undoubtedly the basement, which features a foosball table, a combination pool and pong table, and comfortable furnishings for long conversations or enjoying something on the TV. Share memories with loved ones back home using the home's high-speed WiFi. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, so everyone can adjust to their own comfortable sleep temperature. There's room for everyone in this family-friendly neighborhood retreat.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
The wood-burning fireplace is available during the burning season.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
The shared pool is not accessible.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
