Built in wood, this contemporary villa is brand new and thoughtfully designed to offer an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming. The interior decor, firmly modern, has been carefully curated to provide an immediate sense of well-being. Several tastefully furnished terraces extend the living areas outdoors, beneath the shade of pine trees.

The villa features a spacious, light-filled living area, fully air-conditioned, that opens widely onto the terrace and the pool. As you enter, you’ll discover an open and inviting space: a cozy lounge area with a sofa and wood-burning stove, a large dining table for shared meals, and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a central island and high table. Everything is in place for gathering, sharing, cooking, or simply enjoying the passage of time. A separate toilet is also available on this level.

On the same floor, the first sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, built-in wardrobes, and fans for peaceful nights. A secluded office space completes this area—ideal for working remotely in peace. A modern bathroom rounds off this floor.

On the garden level, two additional bedrooms await, also furnished with 160 x 200 cm beds, wardrobes, and fans. A second bathroom and a charming English courtyard complete this level, providing a refreshing ambiance and soft natural light.

Outside, a secure saltwater pool awaits, with direct access from the main terrace. Although it is not heated during the winter, it remains a prime spot for relaxation during the warmer months. The outdoor space, intimate and lush, invites you to unwind, dine al fresco, or spend lazy summer afternoons by the water.

For your comfort, the villa comes fully equipped with modern appliances and amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine… Everything has been thought of to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The entrance to the house is entirely private, with secure on-site parking for several vehicles.

This discreet address is perfect for exploring Aix-en-Provence and the many treasures of the region. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests—either 4 adults and 4 children, or 4 couples. All beds are configured with 160 x 200 cm double mattresses to ensure optimal comfort for everyone.

Please note that all indoor spaces in the villa are strictly non-smoking.

After your booking is confirmed and fully paid, you will receive a secure link to complete your online check-in, including:
- signing a guest agreement (respect of the property);
- a 600€ security deposit (credit card only), detained 2 days before arrival and released approx. 5 business days after departure if no damage is found;
- access to optional add-ons (early check-in, late check-out, transport, private chef, etc.), subject to availability.
