We rate our experience as Mediocre at best. Our opinions follow:The bathroom was not clean or in good repair.The amenities were not as advertised.We were expecting a washer and dryer. We were disapointed when we couldn't find the washer/dryer even though they were specifically mentioned in the amenities and "About this property" sections. We did find the dryer vent location (see pics).A washer/dryer is one of our minimum requirements when looking for a rental.We then checked the list for missing items and couldn't find the iron/ironing board or first aid kit listed in amenities.There were several damaged items like blinds, shelves, vanity, door stop, and missing items we didn't want to be blamed/charged for. See pics.We called Vacasa support. Very nice on the phone. We even recieved a Sunday evening call from Massachusetts management. They promised the local management folks would contact us Monday. No one followed up.The kitchen cleanliness was questionable. See oven door pic.The stove worked but the oven was marginal. It would not heat above 350. It took approximately an hour to reach 325 and another hour it was at 350. After 2 hours, we gave up on "heating" and cooked dinner at lower temp for longer. When finished cooking, the oven was still hovering at 350.Overall the dining room and the bedroom were about what we expected.We have been to Hampton Beach before. Lovely area. We plan to return but will not stay at a place managed by Vacasa again.
