Diese neue, gehobene Wohnung mit wunderschönem Meerblick und privatem Balkon bietet einen einfachen Zugang von den Hauptverkehrsstraßen zum nichtöffentlichen Parkplatz (1 Fahrzeug), ohne den belebten Boulevard befahren zu müssen.

Betrachten Sie spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge und lokale Feuerwerke von Ihrem privaten Balkon aus. Das Hotel liegt an der Promenade mit Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt über die Einbahnstraße zum Strand bietet diese Einheit im zweiten Stock ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem echten Queensize-Schlafsofa mit Gelmatratze, wie es in den Disney World Resorts verwendet wird. Die Küche ist mit Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, einer Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster, einer Nutri-Kugel und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Perfection!

Incredibly comfortable condo with all the extras. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything we may have needed. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and resonsive. The deck was perfect for sunrise and after beach relaxing and people watching. Our stay was perfect and we look forward to next year.

Perfect, Peaceful Retreat

I spent about 6 weeks, off season, at this property and it was simply lovely. The owners were warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The space is very comfortable and well-appointed. It has a well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities to help make it feel extra homey. Very clean, quiet, and the view can’t be beat. I can’t wait to return!

Steve and Bonny are the best hosts. They make sure everything is available to you at their condo so that you have everything you need for your stay. If you have any questions at all they respond to you almost immediately. The condo is very very clean and they welcome you when you check in to make sure that you have everything that you need for a great vacation!

I couldn't have asked for better hosts. I asked about an early check in, which they were able to accommodate, but I was only able to get there at the normal check in time. They stayed in the area and actually helped me in with my bags and groceries (two trips from the Jeep to the Unit) and then took the time to show me every amenity of the Unit. I stayed in touch with them throughout my stay as I feel I've made friends. Steve and Bonnie are amazing, and I won't rent with any other Host. I'm already planning for next Summer. The Unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked and I only wish I was still there.

Everything we needed

This rental was perfect for us, the location is perfect for access to and from the beach. The space itself offered enough room that we could enjoy the less desirable weather days. Our stay was brilliant!

We spent 4 winter months at Steve and Bonny's and it was perfect. The condo was clean and perfectly equipped - they had thought about every little thing we could possibly need. They responded promptly to any question we had. They had some great suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable. Give the location of the ocean front condo, waking up to the sunrise each morning was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We would HIGHLY recommend this particular condo to anyone. Thank you Steve and Bonny for sharing your home with us :)
